I tried calling for a week to talk to someone about getting my hair done. No one ever answered. I even left a message. I guess business is that wonderful that they don't need more clients. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Mrs Dee was great, very polite, efficient, and will answer all of your questions. I used to have to travel over 2 hrs for a retightening, but Mrs Dee will be my new loctician.

She never showed up. She also ignored my follow up texts to ask if she was still coming. The salon was closing, and she still hadn't texted or called me, so I left. I was hoping to be a new regular customer, but this was the unprofessional treatment I was given for my first appointment. I'm disappointed. Taking my business elsewhere.

My hair was in need of serious help. I was upset with the damage I had done to my own hair, but D was knowledgeable and professional. She comforted me when I was upset. She educated and instructed me on what I needed to do to get back healthy hair. I'm anxious to see the end result. I appreciated everything about my appointment, especially since I was feeling down about my hair.

Such an awesome experience will definitely be back! She is such a friendly lady and the salon was very welcoming! We learned alot and are so glad we found this place!
