This med spa is a Gem. I am so thankful I found Juanita. She’s the most wonderful person and extremely knowledgeable and patient. This is my 3rd treatment with her and I’m so pleased with the results I’ve received from the treatments she has recommended and done on my face.

From the moment I walk in the door of Untouched Medi Spa, the calming scent of essential oils and ambiance of candle lighting create an exquisite environment where I am able to completely relax. The ladies made me so comfortable I actually fell asleep during a MICRONEEDLING appointment! I am ready for my next visit!

Cannot say enough amazing things about Untouched Medi Spa!! The ONLY place I will go from now on in CLT! I have tried product after product and my skin was flaking and breaking out! After just 1 week of using their products my skin is glowing and hydrated ! The staff is incredible and makes you feel like family! RUN don’t walk! Go to Untouched !!!

I cannot express how grateful I am to have found this place. Struggling my whole life with thin hair and trying everything under the sun to help grow my hair I can finally say that Untouch Medi Spa has literally transformed my hair and life! I will start by saying the staff was Awesome from the very start. The staff made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. They explained every step of my PRP journey and what to expect. For those who dont know what that is it involves taking your own platelet rich plasma and injecting it back into your own scalp to promote hair growth. I will say I was super skeptical at first but thanks to Untouch Medi Spa I have become a true believer! Not only after one treatment did i see growth but I also noticed my hair was thicker... and so did everyone else. I have since then went back for 2 more treatments for a total of 3 treatmners. My hair is thicker and longer than it has been my whole life! I am so so thankful to have found them!! I will always and forever be a Untouched Medi Spa FAN and client!!

Untouched Medispa is a very friendly place with technicians who are very knowledgeable about skin care. I have had many treatments and each one was EXCELLENT! I especially love the VI PEEL. You will be very happy with the results, my skin was smooth and my fine lines were less noticeable. My face looked UNTOUCHED,I l felt much more youthful. I have been asked by people what my secret is to looking younger.
