The ladies are very nice here. I've never had a bad experience. I always get a shampoo, deep condition, blow dry, and curl. Family-friendly salon. Be aware there are always kids present!

I consider myself a loyal customer untill now. I come often and get my hair pressed and never had a problem. Last week I figured let me try a couple tracks. It is listed as a service they provide. I paid $185. The price was good considering other places. This was the biggest mistake ever. I had tracks showing I went back. They took the top out and re did it. I paid them another $40. They did cut it and press it out for me. I felt like it was a good job. I looked in the mirror before leaving. I should’ve asked to look at the top. I thought I was fine. When I went home I realized I still had tracks showing . I ask for a refund. That was a no. It’s ok. You lost a customer. I can always make my money back. It was my fault getting the tracks done at a place like this. I figured I would try it. Don’t offer a service you don’t specialize in. I’m not mad just a lesson learned. I removed the tracks after wasting $235. I had rubber bands holding my braids together. This is a joke. They played in my hair. I could’ve let my niece do a better job. Very disappointed. Own up to your mistakes when it comes to business.

OMG...so pleased with the service. Nina's patience and skill is above and beyond. She tackled my 7yr old daughter who had her 1st hair salon experience. She walked out so happy saying she felt like a Disney princess. We even got tips to make the style last for the week too...we'll definitely be back...

I’ve live in the area for over ten years and it wasn’t until i started cosmology school that i realize how unprofessional and uneducated this salon actually is . When i just want a quick wash for a braid service they always put to much heat just for a blow dry .2 there is no license or licensing posted around the shop or on record . And I’ll never for get I revived a service and my hair was missing when i want to take my hair down it was hair missing from my bundles and i know because i compare it to the extra bundles i already have(same exact hair) . Another time i get clip in service and i buy clips she charges me extra just to keep all my extra clips . I take my hair down and I’m missing clips that i have to buy i brought three packs when i take my hair down I’m missing clips . I don’t appreciate keeping anything from my services that i have to pay product parts or labor for AND THEY ALWAYS TALKING TALK TALKING TAKING LONG ON SERVICES

Brought my 5yr old here for her kindergarten graduation. She has natural hair with really tight curls. They did an amazing job. My granddaughter received so many compliments. Will definitely be going back.

I always wear a pain old bob, so on my birthday I decided to wear curls. But I was to late to get an appointment with my hair dresser. So fortunately I came here, I was very impressed and pleased with the hospitality and my hair was gorgeous!!!! And to TOP IT OFF THEY GAVE ME SOME BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS! AWESOME! I will absolutely be returning. GREAT SERVICE!

I spoke with someone briefly on the phone and then we were disconnected. I called back three or four times, each time someone picked up and ended the call. I wasn't able to make an appointment.

One of the girls are a little rough with how they wash and detangle your hair💀 but the end results are really nice. They leave my hair feeling clean after the wash and the blowout + straightening they do gives your hair BODY. You’ll never have stiff hair after a blowout + straightening with them.

They put straightener in their conditioner which is a no no for me I haven't chemically straightened my hair I know because I had a Reaction to it my Skin itch like crazy and my hair was so greasy and they never put anything in my hair other than conditioner I was so upset with that will not return to them

This place is great. They took exceptional care with my partly treated, partly natural hair. I had a stopover in Philly and had to find a shop since my plans to get my hair done before leaving for vacation fell through. I'm so glad the first two shops were closed forcing me to drive a little further from the airport to get to Wilmarie's shop. They had me washed, deep conditioned, blown and pin curled in about 90 mins max.

Went for a wash blow dry and trim. Scrubbed my scalp and detangled my hair nicely. Used heat protectant and the blow dryer wasn’t extremely hot! Stylist was pleasant and asked questions to ensure I was comfortable. Will return.
