I went here just for a polish change. I walked in and the woman as doing another woman’s nails. She glanced up at me and then looked back at the woman. There was an awkward silence and then she said can i help you? I told her what I wanted. She said sit down it will be a couple minutes. I sat for maybe 3 minutes but kept seeing flies swarming around. I left without service because the woman didn’t seem to be very friendly and welcoming and also who wants to be bothered by flies while having any service done? I’ll continue searching for a place that had cleanliness and customer service.

So I usually just come to this place to get my lashes done but that day I needed my toes done & didn’t want to go to my original place so I tried them out… yeaaaahh one word to describe them is UNSANITARY.. I hate to write this review because they do really good on my lashes but when she did my toes she literally just pulled the tools out of a cup w/ other tools, I didn’t see no alcohol in the cup just tools & for the foot exfoliate.. she just pulled it out of her drawer & when she got done she rinsed it in dirty water (my foot water) & put it back.. same w/ the tools.. yeah disgusting.. I can’t lie tho my toes are very nice but that’s just so unsanitary &&&&& she didn’t even massage my feet. She rushed & just put oil on them & said okay.. def not coming back for pedicures might not for my lashes either after seeing that!

I came here for a pedicure color was amazing, but she cut my nails too much, I started bleeding. Now I have a burning sensation and they hurt. I feel like she was rushing didn’t give me the proper service. She did the pedicure in less than 10 minutes.

I started coming here since I was 13 and they never disappointed me I had stopped coming just to try new nail salons not for any bad experiences here and I came back and they haven't stopped impressing me 🥰 #dippowder

I waited for 2 hours with my daughter to do our nails, the lady who helped us constantly stopped to talk to other incoming customers for pedicures; what's the purpose of the young lady at the regrister, I understand; you are doing sales but your already helping a customer who's waited longer then the incoming people, apart from that she didn't exactly do the nail design I asked for as well as kept doing minor cuts to my fingers. My toe nails looked like my child painted them they werent filed or painted correctly my nails and toes were just ugly. Then to top it all off she injured my daughter's nail cleaned her nails to roughly if you aren't going to be gentle then refuse to work with children she kept saying it hurt the she picked strong colors for not even rainbow like she asked then two hours later the gel fell of her nails and toes waste of money as well time. Worst experience ever. Won't be returning.

I’ve been coming here for a while, but today was the worst experience I’ve had. I came in at 10:10a and waited a bit. Which I didn’t mind because there was one person. Once other employees started coming in the woman that did my nails, asked someone else at first who came after other people and I. Lucky someone said I was next and the woman stared at me and asked what did I want. What I wanted was the nails in the first photo, she sat me down and she started filing my nails. Soon after she left a bit to do lashes, again that’s not my issue. Once she came back she was rushing the entire time, while she refiled she kept filing my skin. After all that these are the results I get, soon as she was done she shushed me away. The woman she wanted at first was already sitting down at the chair. I think I’m going to be looking somewhere else. My worse set by far!

The owner or front desk man is rude. Do not come here. I asked for a design and he couldn’t do it but was so rude about it. He send me home with my nails all messed up. DO NOT GIVE HIM BUSINESS. Do not listen to the reviews

They are alright. Not bad, not good , just ok. They could use better quality products. And better pedicure service. My pedicure took about 5 minutes and everybody knows a pedicure is supposed to relax you. So yeah. Its alright.

I love how they do nails and pedis but do not wax here I repeat DO NOT WAX HERE ! I am no professional but one thing I do know is you should never double dip the wax pot with the same stick 🤢. I always see the same thing happen every time I come here.
