I just moved to the city and I think I found my favorite place to be already. The People are friendly, the atmosphere is friendly, I love my brows, nails and my feet, I have no complaints and I will be back in two weeks. I don’t think I could say thank you enough. Keep in mind I don’t know how to do a regular set, but I love it!!!!!!!!

My friend Wendy told me about this nail salon. I decided to try it out for a pedicure. Had such a good experience that I also added a gel manicure. Staff was friendly and I asked if I loved everything about my nails several times so I feel they tried to make sure that I was happy. I will go back here again.

I started coming here a few weeks ago , and I absolutely love it. Kate did my nails, and she does amazing on the designs. The prices are great as well! The pedicures are great to. 10/10 would recommend to anyone trying to find a new nail salon. :)

My mom and I started going to get dip manicures together a couple months ago. The first time we went, I was looking up nail salons close to my home because my mother snagged a nail past the quick while she was with me, and Secret Nail had the most consistent reviews with highest rating, so I suggested we try them for a fix to keep my mom's nail protected while the damage grew out. My mom is in her 70s and had never in her life had her nails done professionally before this, so she was nervous. But the woman who greeted us listened to our concerns and suggested dip powder, which is admittedly pricey but has been a game changer in helping my mom keep her brittle nails unbroken since then. We go every 2-3 weeks and have worked with many different nail techs - Elaine, Vanessa, Lina, Diane, and Kevin, to name several. All the staff there have been very kind and helpful as well as consistent in service. They do take appointments, but we've almost always stopped by as walk-ins on weekday afternoons so far and had no trouble with quick service. If you are sensitive to strong smells I would recommend not going on a Saturday, because it's one of their busiest days and the acetone scent can be strong then. But otherwise, I highly recommend them!

I went here on 11/27 and got a gel French manicure. Not even a week later they started to chip from BOTH end of my nail and the cuticle side (pics of nails in car). I went in to get them fixed and all they did was add a coat of white to the tips and put another layer of the top coat on top. Now not even a week later of getting them fixed, they’re chipping and peeling off. I would not come back again given that this was my first time even there.

Tried this place for the first time today and I loved it! I don’t like the color I picked so she changed it to make sure I was happy. I asked for a simple design, but I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. 10/10 recommend!

The customer service is definitely on point. You feel welcome as soon as you come in. Vanessa was nice with good conversation while also trying to make sure to get my nails the way I wanted. I am pretty particular about my nails but it was good for my first time at her station. I’ll give another try.

I am a girls girl so please believe me when I say this is the best time place to get your nails done. They are very nice, and ask a lot of questions to make sure you are satisfied with the results. I am a shy girl so I usually let people do whatever they want and go quietly with butchered nails so I don’t make a scene but not this place. They will get them how you like them. I can’t tell you my girls name because I don’t want her overbooked lol but damn she can have all my money. My natural nails have never looked this good and been this healthy and strong.

Nail artist did not place a critical close to Cuticles, therefore I had slipping within the first couple of days of getting my set done. This is what my nails look like one week post getting my nails done. I also got a pedicure, I was unaware that she use Gel nail polish as I requested for a regular manicure. Two days later half my pedicure is chipped off. would not recommend this place.
