Dash purposely pulled my hair out when she brushed it and I told her I was sensitive. I was just in shock. She rolled her eyes at me. I don’t get it. She even used the same brush that she repeatedly dropped on the floor and splashed water in my eyes. She was so rude and I did nothing to her! Completely toxic behavior. Never again. Half their sinks at 1213 studio do not work anymore. And all the stylist talk badly about each other. The place was pretty dirty with poor professional behavior. I also found out while Author stood there laughing. She used an absolutely disgusting towel to dry my hair while she wipes all over my face and hair and ended up getting severely sick and had to go to the doctor. She even charged me $600 for coloring my hair….and she didn’t even color it correctly. And laughed when I walked out.

I’ve had my hair colored and cut by Aaron (primary) and Arthur and they both do an amazing job and I can’t get enough of the laughter. I’ve never been happier to get my hair done. I also watch others getting their hair cuts, color, and treatment and it’s such a joyful place to go. All the stylists are focused on their clients and I’ve seen wonderful men, women, and kids hairstyles leave the salon. I’d recommend this salon and stylists to any of my friends.

Dash is the curl whisperer! I have been seeing Dash for curly cuts and color for five years, and I would not dream of going anywhere else. She is highly skilled, and she always leaves my curls shiny, healthy, and popping! Also, she is a fun and lovely person, so time with her is always a joy. If you are a curly top, stop reading this and just go see her. You will be so glad you did!

Such an cool space with talented stylists. Located in the heart of plaza midwood. I get my hair done with Heather and this is my go to place to get my makeup done for an event. Arthur and Aaron, the owners, are very welcoming and my makeup gurus! Highly recommend

They whole shop was amazing. It was a great vibe and they all seemed like great people. I had the amazing pleasure of working with Taylor and she was perfect. I never realized how much stress I have with hair stylist till after this vist. So many times they don't know curly hair and will not listen to me when I tell them they cant do that with my hair. Taylor did a great dyed job on my hair and knew how to keep/make my curls come back. Most people just blow dry my hair and then my hair would be frizzy all day. I left so happy and my hair looking and felling great!

Just had my first experience here and I've definitely found my hair home! I love the feel of the shop and Arthur is beyond talented. The precision of my cut was above and beyond cut I've had before. He also listened to me and made sure he was doing exactly what I wanted. I can't say enough good about him!!

PLEASE becareful of shady unprofessionalism from a hair stylist names "logan havens"...he claimes to be a stylist who can execute any hairstyle but he cannot. He is all about geting money out of you without refunds. The job he will do on you will be his likings & not yours....which will lead u to being stuck...as you can see...there is no shop phone number to create any complaints. BEWARE!
