Jess cut my hair and extensions today! She did an amazing job, amazing blend of the extensions and my hair! As you can see in the picture below! She is kind, patient and great at what she does! This was my first visit after calling around Ahwatukee to find someone who could work on extensions and 20 volume salon and spa did not disappoint! I will be back here from now on!

I just went in to see Jess after research and reading reviews after reviews and it pays to do your homework because she did AN AMAZING job on my hair!!! I have myself a new hair hair stylist!!!

I really liked my first visit to this salon. Jess cut my hair and she did a very nice job. I absolutely love the shampoo bowls. Probably sounds weird, but all the other places I've been to hurt my neck. At 20 Volume, the shape is different taking the weight off the neck. The atmosphere was very relaxing.

I've been going to 20 Volume for a little over a year and am always thrilled with how great the stylists (Jessica and Marissa) make my hair look and appreciate how welcoming everyone is when I visit!

I've been there several times and the girls are nice and the prices are great but I've never left feeling truly satisfied. And actually on my most recent visit, I asked for curtain bangs starting at the cheek. She blowdried my hair and I thought it was nice but after a few days I realized she barely trimmed my existing face framing layers and I didn't get what I wanted at all. Now I'm sad. I'm not the complaining type but I probably won't go back.

Ask for Jess she is an amazing hairstylist. Men or women, she is the best in town. My wife and I both go see her. Prices are very fair considering the level of service and the quality of the technician. I'm sure other stylists there are good as well, but I know for sure if you ask for Jess you will be very happy.

I had never had my haircut there before. The stylist was Bailey.I showed her several pictures of what I wanted. I went out of there basically scalped. My grand daughter Isabella uses Jess...she does amazing work. I am sorry that I didn't get Jess. Bailey just doesn't listen and cuts away.

Jess did an INCREDIBLE job with my hair. I got a blonde balayage and cut. I’ve tried multiple stylists in the north Scottsdale and Phoenix area and she blew everywhere I have been out of the park. She is not just a professional hair dresser, but an artist. Thank you for what you do!

Arrogant unprofessional attitude from stylist. Heard from neighbors of similar experiences. Stylist charged her for an adult haircut for her ten year old without warning. $50 not including the tip.

I usually have a sense of dread before committing to a haircut, and this time was no exception. Due to COVID-19 it had been 18 months since my last cut, and I'm so pleased with how Jess cut and styled my hair. The cut didn't have that "new haircut" look that I never like, and she styled it perfectly. They had folks spaced apart in the shop so I wasn't anywhere near any other customers except for during the shampoo, but there they have large plastic barriers between clients' stations.

My wife went there to do her hair with Mateo and she paid over 500$ in total with a good tips to him and when she start complaining to him after one week he told her that it gonna be better later and she notice that he didn’t do the roots like 10 inches (looks like she did it 6 month ago) and he book to her appointment in his new saloon and day before the appointment he sent a confirmation and the day of the appointment he lie that he’s sick and he was doing another girl hair (she took a day off from work which cuz her loosing 400$ cuz she works in sales) and then he sent to her saying that he’s not thinking that he can meet her expectations and she can go complain in 20 volume salon as he’s not working there any more .. we went to the saloon and they didn’t help at all they said that we should complain the first month and thats what we did we have conversations with mateo and we ask for manager number she give us the salon number which didn’t help at all .. please don’t get cheated when u see nice place in nice area that doesn’t mean that they gonna treat u good specially after you pay 500$ ( we don’t find the money on the floor ) and I am gonna share this to all the groups in Facebook to protect other people

Where do I start, I walked to an array of wonderful smells and was greeted by a wonderful girl with the most spectacular blue and purple hair. Then I met Leah who proceeded to do my hair, what a beautiful girl. She made my awful day so much better. I left feeling so much better and loved my hair. I highly recommend her. We had a great conversation. She will definitely go places with her talent.
