Cheaters. Today I went there. The lady said her name is Cici. She was a short lady in her 40s. We started at 6:10 and ended at 6:50. Even in that 40 min she went out once. I paid for 1 hr but she did only 40 min.She argued with me for 10 min again wasting my time. She played the old trick, showing her mobile had wrong time. But how can my watch and my mobile and the clock all be wrong. In the beginning she asked me for tip and I also had to pay for 1 hr upfront. I said tip I will pay later. Towards the end when I was leaving I thought I won’t pay a tip. But then I felt why to spoil someone’s evening and I paid another 20. From beginning she asked me 3 times for tip. So I thought let’s pay but never go back there again. The place also smells bad. The towels are not clean. I won’t be going back ever.

Asked for deep tissue but didn't receive it. Paid for 90 minutes and she didn't even massage my feet.

I like getting massages here. Sitting in a chair all day then trying to do physical stuff on the weekends leads to various aches and pains, so it's good that there are people who can sort those out. Whether I just need a back massage in a chair, a foot massage, or a full body massage, I always feel better when I leave here (till I ruin it by another day of poor posture lol). Cici and Mike are the ones I usually see here, and they've been performing massages for years, so know what they are doing. Definitely will keep coming back!

Place is not that great You have pay before the service The ladies providing massage talk and converse alot across the rooms with each other making it difficult for one fo relax and be at peace Massage parlour should be extremly quite place especially while providing massage.

Stopped in the other day and had a one hour massage. My back felt great she did an awesome job getting my neck and back to relax. It was one of the best massage I have had.

We booked two appointments and when we got there they said they could only do one. Nobody spoke English and they had to use an interpreter app on the phone. They barely understood and so we left frustrated. The girl grabbed my arm and kept showing me her phone. Which stated she could take 1 person. She kept hitting me on the arm and grabbing me as we tried to leave. It was disturbing. I felt we dodged a bullet as they would never understand "the pressure is too much or you are hurting me." Do not go here if you have any self love.

I can't rave about this place enough. I called a few days ahead and scheduled a 90 minute massage. The place is similar in interior to other Asian massage establishments: clean and tidy. The studios all have truncated walls that don't go to the ceiling. My massage room was softly lit and comfortable. I could have stood for it to be a few degrees warmer, but that's a personal preference. I think most people wouldn't have noticed. Angela entered and we were able to communicate and agree that I was there for a 90 minute massage and that the pressure would be hard. I have to say that it was probably the best massage I've ever received: kneading, percussion, pressure point, hot stones, oil warmed by stones.... I'll be back. Thank you to Angela and 21 Massage!

Just received an outstanding foot massage at 21 Massage Spa. I have been receiving foot massages for many years due to problems with circulation and nerve pain in both feet. The very professional staff and comfortable surroundings make this my new go to place to enjoy the best of care. The feeling of increased circulation and relaxing of these muscles in the feet was present even before the hour was finished. The price is fair and quality of service is truly outstanding.
