I love this place - Arsenia has been cutting my hair for the last twelve months and I’ve always walked away really happy. She listens to what you want and offers great advice. It’s low key with a really high quality of service. Highly recommend.

I was talking to the owner about having a haircut here and when I didn't come in on time I got texted a single question mark from the owner, even though I never said I would go in when she said someone was available. Either way, only sending a question mark is very rude, especially when I was courteous.

I travel from Beacon, NY all the way to east Broadway to get my hair done... Hands down! Arsenia is one of the best, she does beautiful work all around. I've never left her salon feeling disappointed. She is a true artist.
