Today was my first time at 27 Men Spa and I had the masseuse Rodrigo he’s a super sweet Brazilian dude and really knew the perfect amount of pressure to apply for my massage. My back and shoulders feel amazing. Highly reccomend and I’ll come back to ask for him. Muito obrigado!

Booked today with Niel because of the reviews. He was not a disappointment. Getting the appointment was easy. Just had to call them. The spa was by far, the cleanest I have ever been to. Definitely will be a repeat.

I came to the 27 spa last Wednesday and Andoni worked with me. He uses a unique technique that combines sensual touch that made my body shiver and very deep tissue. He clearly knew the location of all the knots and was able to work on them so I felt an immediate relief. It was a great massage especially after my work out. I’ll come back to him again!

I went on Friday at 10:30pm and Louis attended me. Apparently there was no one available, but the massage was incredible. I left relaxed and very happy. I really liked it. I will be back soon.

Had a really nice experience there this week with Jose. I've been doing a lot of cross fit training lately and needed a legit massage to break up some soreness. Super clean rooms, friendly greeters, excellent experience. Thanks... will be back.

First time coming here, and I wished I came in earlier last night, but the experience was still great. The spa is not a world class style, but it has its potential, clean and hygenic, I had Neil for 30mins because it was the only time he had available and he was the only therapist available at that time. The 30-minutes session was great. I am an LMT myself and also a dancer, and I never thought I find someone that can do what a trained professional MT can. The technique and mixture of his pressure really got the tensions on my neck and shoulders moving, and I appreciate his bed side manner. He knows how to listen and is very intuitive. For the spa, the only negative thing is the music, I hope they get a better BGM to get the spa vibes, because the music they have playing is more like a sing-along tune, the ones without lyrics. But overall, the experience was great. I will be back this coming week to get that hour’s session.

I have always had a wonderful experience at this spa. The strength of the massages has varied for me so it's helpful to be specific and communicate with your masseur. However, the masseurs are always friendly, welcoming, and real pros. The only issue I have ever had is in scheduling. I booked a massage once and no one answered the phone or buzzer when I arrived. Be sure to have a backup plan, otherwise I would give it 5 stars!

I had a massage with Oliver and was the worse massage ever. And of top of that he asked me for tips inside of the room… very bad experience. I wish you could put somebody who can be professional and now how to do massage

Chuck did an excellent job on my massage - perfect pressure. I also told him to focus on my legs as I’ve been playing tennis a lot recently. He listened and got the best massage. I feel like I have fresh new legs now. I’ll be back for sure.

I had an extremely disappointing massage experience a few weeks ago . Despite my anticipation, the session with an inexperienced Asian masseur lacked any semblance of skill or consistency. His techniques differed drastically from one side of my body to the other, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and uncomfortable. I ultimately shortened my session to 30 minutes, but even that proved unbearable, prompting me to cut it short after just 20 minutes. To add insult to injury, I was still charged for the full duration. Make sure your staff had proper training!!

Price was reasonable but you get what you pay for. The place itself was nice enough. My masseur seemed nice too but really had no idea what he was doing. Also lasted maybe just over 45 minutes instead of an hour.

Sebastián was really professional and kind ,really got to address my upper back tension. That hour felt so great to really just relax and remove all my body tension. UPDATED: Knocking off a star after trying to schedule a second appointment. On the subway there, I got a call from the masseur (Ibrahim). He told me that the receptionist had given me a slot after closing time; hours were different because the next day was a holiday. He apologized—which I appreciated—though obviously the mixup wasn't his fault. I understand the unusual hours leading to confusion, but this mistake seems in keeping with the general opacity of schedule info. The calendar—which is updated, strangely, not on their website but the Facebook page—was two weeks out of date when I checked before making my appointment. Further difficulties with it mentioned below, in my original review. --- Rodrigo gave me one of the best massages of my life. Thorough, just the right level of pressure, and he checked in multiple times to ensure my comfort. Highly recommend! Prices are reasonable; I paid $70 (plus tip) for 1 hr. Making an appointment by phone was easy, even same day. Navigating the schedule online, however, was a headache. There are various symbols next to the names of different masseurs, only one of which is explained. And there's no info on the masseurs’ background and training, so I had to use reviews for guidance. That said, I plan to return, and will likely try the HK location, reportedly a particularly nice facility.
