do not come here at all ! very shady people some blonde spanish lady gave me JUST A BLOWOUT and hair wrap then charged me 70 DOLLARS FOR JUST THAT and walked off with attitude. they’re not worth the money and will definitely not be returning here. will just be sticking to the old spot i was going to next to 7 eleven. they don’t charge that and the service is way better .

I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the reviews and gave this salon a chance. 10/10 wash and blowout for a great price. My mom and I were both in and out in about 2 hours, which is good considering they were a bit busy. Definitely recommend coming here, lovely ladies!

Saturday 05/04/2024 5:30pm I took my mother to this salon. we signed in at the desk. We sat down and about 20 minutes goes by and a lady comes in that spoke Spanish now we're both waiting but the lady never goes to the desk to sign in. Then an employee comes to a chair to roll a customer's hair and she keeps cutting her eyes at the three of us, and she finishes rolling the customer's hair. The Spanish lady says something to her in spanish, the employee walks away then turns back and calls the lady to the back to wash her hair. I stood up and said we were here before her. The employee that took the lady never came to address the issue another employee and the customer that was taken before us came asking us not to leave. I told them both I can't and will not do business in a place that your language means more then the right way to do business. In 2024 in Carnasie Brooklyn nothing hasn't really changed just the people and the races DON'T EVER SHOP WHERE YOU FEEL VIOLATED!!

Do not go here perms are being given without your permission. The stylists are burning your hair ruining natural hair because they lack the experience all people of color must have coarse hair in their minds stay away from this salon because when they finish your hairs and natural grade natural grade and texture natural grade will be ruined

I came here to dye my hair ginger(orange tone) and the lady destroyed my hair. She bleached it to death and did a color correction at the same time. I immediately noticed my hair was thin, however it didn’t begin falling out until a few weeks later. No matter the moisturizer, the routine I couldn’t get it to stop. The younger lady explained to me that my hair was too damaged to be saved, she apologized to death but it couldn’t save my hair. long story short, I had to cut my hair so much I literally cried in the chair. She cut it for free, she even did a treatment for free, but it didn’t change anything. I’ve never stepped foot in here again…I wouldn’t recommend anyone get anything but a wash and set if you want to keep your hair.

Shut this place down, they are damaging our black women hair. If you see this review run don't walk. They out relaxer in their shampoo and conditioner. They just damaged a little girl hair along with so other women. Black women and men STOP supporting this business and so many like it. These people clearly DO NOT LIKE US.

This place is horrible they permed my 9 years old daughter hair without asking her dad, who took her to this place. We would never perm her hair ever. My daughter is very upset. Her beautiful curls is now gone

I came here for a wash and set. It lasted long but that is because THEY PUT RELAXER IN MY HAIR. I washed my hair and when i did so much of my hair came out ALONG WITH IT BEING DAMAGED. never again.

The worst, absolutely the worst place. Went there for a wash n set. The lady wash my hair and had me waiting there for a hour and some just to blow out my hair. Didn’t even wait any longer for the blowout.

They burn you hair and go out of order when getting your hair done. You can be there for 3 hours not including wait time. And talk trash about you in spanish. The prices are tad bit high, for the quality and nonsense you deal with when there.

They did horribly. But I should have known with all the red flags. When I walked in the place was filled with steam, probably from burning everyone else's hair. They washed my hair and then I sat down to get it flat ironed. They put on no heat protectant or anything to protect my hair from the heat. It still came out bad, half of my hair had waves and the other half was straight. When I washed my hair 2 weeks later, all my curls were gone. I am a black woman with naturally coily hair. My curls were gone and some of my hair was still straight. Now my hair is severely damaged. Don't go unless you want to ruin your hair. 0 out of 10. Never going back again and if I could, I would have given this place 0 stars.

They will not give a price over the phone!!!!!!!!!!!! What kind of service is this? I rarely give any reviews but this phone call annoyed me. They will waste your time to get over there to overcharge for a simple braiding service. Very unprofessional staff and i doubt they will enjoy working with their clientele unless they look like family.

I appreciate the owner for taking my daughter last minute as they were closing. She saved my life. She and another hair dresser took their time with managing my daughter hair . It's very curly. But they did great

The name on the outside of the building says Jehovah something, so I was a little confused about where I was. Nothing says 2INS. But customer service was pretty good, the girl did a splendid job on my 3C 4a natural hair and I’m pleasantly surprised. Also, the price was super cheap. Only 45 bucks and my hair is mid back, I will definitely be going back as it is nice and local. Speaking Spanish is a plus, but they have an English-speaking gentleman there, who can help you out with whatever you need.

The only place that charged me 35 to flatironed my hair. However I will never go back. The woman kept talking over my head on her phone and hardly used the hair product I asked her to used. And I am never paying to flatironed my hair ever again. I had her blow it out for 25 bucks and bounced....

I fell asleep because the service is slow. So they didn’t even try to let me know I was next. They let other customers get ahead of you and leave you sitting in there waiting for even longer. Bad service

This shop need to be investigate.None of the hairstylists do not follow COVID-19 guidelines. They do not wear a mask when doing customers hair and they are coughing and sneezing without wearing a mask leaving the customers at risk and unsafe. They only think of themselves which is just disgusting.
