I’ve been a few times and it was decent but today I had a masseuse that had no training. It was a really poor quality massage. She kept accidentally hitting my head with her elbows, there was no pressure, and they kept trying to upsell me on using hot stones or CBD oil…won’t be returning

I had a massage where the masseuse had no experience nor had any strength whatsoever in her hand. I told them maybe 10+ times that I wanted more pressure, after about the 5th time all they did was sigh in response basically ignoring. When I told the front desk they said it was my fault for not switching masseuses mid-massage. I told them that the masseuse should replace themselves if they are not able to do what the client is asking. Terrible massage experience which was worsened by the front desk response.

came for a 30-minute foot massage. the service was friendly, but felt a little duped when they charged me $15 extra for the hot stones (which i did not ask for). the masseuse told me my feet were cold and used them without letting me know that it would cost more — mind you he only used them on my feet for 10 minutes at the longest. $15 for ten minutes of hot stones that were not requested. i left with a bad feeling about my experience. the massage itself was average.

This review is specific for my experience today. My first two visits were great! I felt relaxed and refreshed after my massage. This time the masseuse seemed new ( but they told me she's not new) and did not know what she was doing. There was pretty much one main technique she used which was pressing a lot using her elbow. There was minimal finger strokes massage. I explained to her the area I wanted her to focus and she did not really follow, and we ended up spending a lot of time on the area that I did not need attention for. Overall I just feel like she's not skillful enough and she also wasn't paying enough attention to her work. What made everything worse was when I went to the front desk to pay, I explained the whole situation and how I was not satisfied with the service I received today. The front desk lady did not apologize at all ( not her fault, but if a business values their customers, she should have shown empathy and say something like "I'm sorry that our service is not meeting your expectations, can I ....") All she did was make it my fault for not remembering who did a good job during my first two visits, and basically saying if I took their name down and requested the right masseuse, this wouldn't have happened. Like.... seriously!? Anyways, she gave me $5 discount...and my body is pretty much as sore as before I visit them. Very disappointed. Not worth the money and the time.

Went in asking for a relaxing massage before my long flight, was given one of the hardest deep tissue massages, with a big guy leaning into his elbow on my back for prolonged periods of time, had to cancel it half way through as my back was aching so badly. So dangerous to do this, feeling very angry

I can’t recommend this place enough. Incredibly clean no frills best massage I’ve had. My body feels like it’s gone through a car wash in the best way.

First time I came here the massage was great i was so relaxed but the second time the person that massaged me was moving very fast through the massage which it didn’t make it so relaxing. The place is nice calm vibes. I will try it again hopefully the first person I got is there when I return.

My husband and I came in for a massage and it just was very sub par. We did 75 min and we never flipped over to face up, we laid on our stomachs the whole time which was odd. My masseuse also barely used her hands and instead used her elbow or arm most of the time. Also, most of the time it was just her using her own body weight as applied pressure, but no actual massage. There’s a few other local places that do a better job.

I came here often but had the worst experience recently. The masseuse clearly was untrained, and did not know what she was doing. There were people coming in and out into my room, talking to the masseuse while I was getting the message. I feel very uncomfortable, and the massage was awful. Won’t be back again.

I got a 45 minutes massage. I wasn’t satisfied with it at all, she just wanted to get it done and mostly just rubbed her elbow on my back and didn’t listen to my two requests about foot massage and legs. At the end I tipped her $5 which was %11 although I wasn’t satisfied with her service at all and she yelled “only $5”. I gave her $5 more but tip should be appreciated not expected especially when your service is terrible. I don’t recommend this place.

I had an issue with my back and was looking for an affordable place to get a massage. This place had immediate availability so I booked 90‘ for $80. Very cheap. The place: Friendly welcome and a clean entrance. The massage rooms are not as charming, with old carpet and the key problem (at least in this season): it’s freezing cold in there. The massage: First things first: my back pain is gone and I feel much less tense than before. So while being a bit painful at times, this massage did the job. I personally don’t mind the pain and the masseuse also asked if it was okay several times. What wasn’t great is that she massaged by face right after massaging my feet. Same hands, no washing in between. My other issue again is that it was really cold in the room. A heater or a bigger blanket would be great to make this experience even more relaxing. The other thing that was a bit disappointing was the aromatherapy that I paid for extra. They only had lavender aroma, and tbh I did not smell anything at all. In fact, I should have not paid for it. The checkout: The lady at the front desk handled the payment but she was not alone: both my masseuse and another more serious looking woman stood next to her. I did not feel very comfortable in that situation and in my choice on what to tip. My take away: Be realistic with what you expect from a place that offers massage at this price point. I would probably come back but only when it’s warmer outside. I’d also ask them to not touch my face..

Honestly had one good massage here and have kept coming back hoping it will be good again but every time I come it’s just not good at all. They don’t know how to give a massage. Although very nice people. And also you lay on like doctors office paper which is not nice.

The decor was beautiful which is why I gave it two stars instead of one. I got a full body massage and it was painful. My sister also got one the same day as me and she also said it was painful. They used cold oil during the massage, which was soooo uncomfortable. I didn’t ask for a deep tissue massage yet I feel like that’s the massage they gave us. The rooms were freezing. I didn’t even want to take my clothes off to do the massage. As we’re paying, I still decided to tip even though I didn’t feel like a tip was deserving. The cashier told me that my tip wasn’t enough and that the suggested tip was a min of 20%. I could not believe it. I’ll never come back.
