Love this salon!! Lexi was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and gave me exactly what I was asking for. She took her time to perfect the look I was going for with my hair. She was very sweet and fun to talk to! All around a great experience and will be coming back in the future. Highly recommend!!

Mykala is My Girl!! Not only is she amazing at doing my hair, we've become very close friends!! When I get to see her it's a pampering session, and a "Hairapy" session!! She will make you feel like you're just hanging with your girlfriends!! This salon is adorable!! It's a must to go in !!

Mykala, did my hair and she was fantastic! I went into the appointment with a basic goal but she superseded everything I could imagine and more. It’s been 8+ years since I’ve done any service to my hair and she did incredible! All of the girls were so kind. Would absolutely recommend!

I was very exited coming here but did not turn out as expected… my hairstylist responded quickly to my disappointment… I went back to get it corrected.. I liked it (I thought)…. but not in love with it …not for what I paid.. I was told not to wash my hair for a couple days and now that I washed it and I styled it… I could see that the “balayage” is not what it is…. There’s brown patches in the blonde hair, my hair is super tangled and hair is shedding more than before ,,, I have to wear the masque conditioner just to be able to comb my hair gently… just disappointed…. I do want to say that hairstylist and staff were very nice and friendly and my mom did love her haircut. Response to owner: Just to clarify , my hair was in decent shape. not once did the hairstylist make a complaint of my hair. I noticed it was horrible after the first visit and that's why she recommended the hair masque and after the correction visit , it got worse. Prior to going to you, I would wash my hair and I could comb my hair with very minimal tangling and I could let it just air dry and it would hold a nice wave.. and very minimal hair loss... now a lot is falling out but thank you for your response because this time YOU fell way short and you know it… pictures speaks for themselves (have these brown patches… that are really bad) and I am definitely requesting a refund on this…. The more I look at my hair the more unacceptable this is ! As of 10/22/24 I have been trying to reach the owner numerous times and as of today I have not received a returned phone call, my calls are not being answered, they go to voicemail… I’m told to stop threatening and bashing online. I have never threatened anyone and I am stating the facts here ( Not bashing) I’m needing for someone to call me and come to a resolution here I added picture that was taken 2 days before I went to salon The reason I brought my review down to 1 star and keep editing is for your lack of response to my phone calls and refusal to answer my calls ( reason why I have to call from other phones in order to speak to someone. Like I told your staff l am only needing to speak to the owner at this point and they are the ones with an attitude stating you are not available , you’re not there and telling me to stop calling… as far as threatening, if you think making a complaint is threatening… then so be it… as far as the 2nd service being free of charge… it wasn’t ,,, it was supposed to be a “correction “( you don’t expect me to pay again for a balayage that never happened and only turned out worse..

Highly recommend 303 Salon and specifically Ashley for a blowout. She was so detail oriented, efficient, and kind. Easy finding parking for LoHi and the studio is gorgeous and clean.

I came to Anna after a bad experience at another salon. I walked in with a poorly blended, deep-red shadow root, and my self-confidence was shot! I just wanted to be blonde again. Anna walked me through every step of the process to get my blonde back, but in the healthiest manner. She was also extremely patient with all my blonde-OCD questions. I thought it would take a few sessions to achieve the look I wanted, but when she spun the chair around after the blowout, I was a HOT, cream-soda blonde! The red was not noticeable anymore. 10/10 for Anna.

I had such a great experience at 303 Salon Lohi!! I got my hair cut by Lexi and it is perfect. She is so sweet and did a great job. I’m loving how it looks! The atmosphere of the salon is also so cute. I highly recommend it here!

My hair was completely fried and dead and this haircut completely changed it. I have way more volume and health still keeping so much length. Lexi did my hair and absolutely blessed me. Right before holidays I’m so thankful and will be returning!

Update August 2022: I am transitioning to gray hair and Tara is doing an amazing job of making it a smooth process! Great personalized service! Tara and her crew ALWAYS do an awesome job on my hair. I'm a grandmother, and although the vibe is younger, I always feel welcome! And even hear some cool new music (to me).

Absolutely GORGEOUS salon with the sweetest and most talented team of stylists. I got a trim and extensions from Tara and I LOVE them!!!! I honestly can't even feel the extensions, the process was quick and painless to apply them and I just love my hair!! Photo is a little blurry but I am obsessed. I will be back - highly recommend this place!!!!
