I’ve had my hair done by Jade a few times now, and every style has exceeded my expectations and made me feel like a new woman. What sets Jade apart is that she’s a true triple threat. She works wonders with natural hair, applies extensions flawlessly, and styles it to perfection. She’s renewed my love for getting my hair done because I know she’s professional, friendly, and always makes any inspiration pic I bring to her work beautifully for me. Highly recommend Jade if you’re looking for a stylist who does it all!

Bri is great at her craft. She is knowledgeable, down to earth, and a perfectionist. Bri asked plenty of questions so she could deliver exactly what I wanted. I absolutely love my eyebrows and lashes.

I have been a customer of 312 Beauty Salon for about 2 years. Jade is a master stylist and has my hair looking phenomenal every time I get out the seat! She books realistic times, so we are not waiting for hours to be serviced. She's also sweet and really personable. I've got beautiful custom colored tape-ins from her several times plus purchased high quality hair. I also referred my daughter for a versatile sew-in, that came out beautiful. The ladies are awesome and professional. Being able to get hair and face done in one spot saves you time. Bri on lashes, facials, brows, and waxing. Jade and Ezra on hair. You won't be disappointed.

312 is my one stop shop. I’ve been seeing Jade since 2018 for my hair. I just recently got tape ins and I LOVE them. I never want another style 🤣 I also see Bri for all my esthetic needs. I get a delux facial and wax every 4 weeks. Lash extensions every two weeks. And occasionally while Jade does my hair, bri does my makeup. It’s giving a 5 star celebrity experience. Bri is always professional always let me know what she is doing before she starts. The shop is an overall good vibe. Good conversation. Jade is super sweet. They are talented black women for sure.

Brianna did my eyelash extensions, she was polite and on time! I felt welcomed upon entry and Brianna had a very comfortable set up, I actually fell asleep at one point when she was doing my lashes! She was very professional and I am very satisfied with my beautiful lashes! (I mean look at them)!! Gorgeous 10/10 recommend!

I got a middle part sew in with Ezra. She needs to work on her technique or choose not to do traditional installs. It took SIX hours, and there are major defects that I’ll have to fix if I want to wear it more than a week. I can’t even move my eyebrows without snatching out my edges.

I went for a consultation with Tiara ( dark skin chick) for micro links and she proceeded to tell me that because of my hair (4C) I would need to book a silk press w/ end trim prior to booking my micro links install. That the silk press would determine if I could get micro links. And I asked “so I’m paying for a silk press( which I don’t want but understand) and after that you will determine if I qualify for the original hair style that I want?” She said yes. Which didn’t make sense to me because IF I didn’t qualify for the service that I wanted I would still have to pay for the silk press. I told her that’s b/s. So what is this consultation for then? If u can’t determine if I can get my hair done? So I’m pretty sure she wasn’t offended because she then told me not to worry about scheduling the silk press and to have a nice day. I’m sorry but this wasn’t listed on the a website it said must schedule consultation before microlink service. But it’s okay. They didn’t have too many people in there. So I wasn’t too much worried about it but clarity would have been better before I wasted my time coming up there for her to touch my hair and tell me I need to schedule two different appointments to determine if I can get my hair done the way I want. Thanks a lot

Got a full service sew-in take down, wash, condition and reinstall from Jade. Amazing service and my hair has never looked better. The service was professional and I loved how peaceful the vibe was. Definitely will be going back regularly.
