Color me anything but impressed. First time going to get a hair consultation and the guy "helping" me was the most dismissive inattentive person. They definitely know how to not make a first impression. But at least they showed their true colors before I wasted any money here because if this is the care they provide on the first consultation I'll be a silly goose to even dare come back. Drove 30 minutes for an appointment that lasted all of three minutes.

Tried booking twice , got our time wasted TWICE. First we booked online to where we were told we would get. Email back if it was accepted or our alternative date would. Never got a email reply back on our booked appointment thru their website. So we went in person. Booked IN person. Note on that day we booked , we never got asked to put a deposit down or anything. Go in the day of our appointment and we get told by another employee that Ashley (the one we went in and booked with) was not there and that she never made appointment for us never put a deposit down. That’s just great service. Place rubbed us the wrong way. Be on top of your business.

I'd give no stars if possible. I called and asked if they could do ethnic/kinky curly hair, but I was laughed at on the phone, and they said no one knew what I was talking about. Then, they hung up on me. Did you want me to say "I'm African American and looking for a stylist that can do my hair?" I just dont want someone to burn my curly hair trying to straighten it.

My hair ended up being darker when I was wanting it to be lighter. I didn't notice it until I got home how much darker it actually was.

Ashley is the best! I have moved around quite a bit and have had many hairstylists, and I am so grateful to have ended up in El Paso to become a client of Ashley's. I have gone from dark brunette to platinum blonde and Ashley always knows what my hair needs to look its best. Whether that's keeping my all over color, opting for highlights, going for a balayage, Ashley is flexible, knowledgeable, and will always deliver for whatever your color needs are.

Eddie is a magician!!! I moved to Dallas a year ago and have tried a half a dozen hairdressers and have yet to find one that can cut hair like Eddie. I have given up on Dallas and now drive down to El Paso to get my hair cut🙃

Eddie is the BEST hair stylist I’ve ever had. Knew it when I lived in El Paso and found out just how amazing once I had to move. Eddie took me from a natural brunette to blonde and maintained my hair health and thickness. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience after I had to move to upstate NY that my hair hasn’t recovered from even 2 years later now. Have seriously debated flying back out to El Paso just to be able to go back here. Worth every single penny.

Everyone is very professional. The owner makes sure you leave happy with the service. When I started going there my hair was dry and mistreated. The two years I went there my hair looked healthy. The only reason I stopped is because O moved to another state, but since then I haven't find a place with the quality service I received at 360 The Colour Bar

I called a month in advance to make an appointment. They took my credit card to put in file (as per their policy). I informed them that I had to leave by 10:15am they said they would make the appointment at 8:00am. The owner, Eddy showed up at 8:15am and said I would not be able to make it to work on time. I offered to just get a hair cut since he would not have enough time to do the full color and cut. He said no. So I left. On top of everything else, Eddy, the owner was rude. Thank goodness El Paso, Texas has many other options and I will take my business else where.
