I came in today to see Morgan. I am so happy I did! Just as a women should…..I walked out of the salon feeling like a brand new woman. I love my color, I love my haircut and I love the style. I highly recommend Morgan. Thank you again, Girl! Can’t wait to see you again!!

I would not recommend this place at all. Me and my friend both went here and both had a bad experience with color on our hair. They say they have color specialist but they are not specialist at all. They messed my hair up so bad they turned me around. I could not even look in the mirror. my friend had a bad experience as well and she also said she will never return. Our hair was falling out in clumps and was very damaged. Plus, they did not even get the color that we wanted.

I can't say enough good things about this salon! Everyone was very friendly. The location is convenient and the ambiance is great! I highly recommend Morgan! She turned my flat hair into a miracle. I hadn't done anything to it for a long time and wasn't feeling that great about my hair. She helped pick such a pretty color and really took the time to make sure to understand what I wanted. I have thick hair and did a great job making sure everything was covered. I had a great experience here, and I'm so excited to have found someone to trust with my hair!

Had a wonderful experience today! I went for a with dark brown hair and Amber was able to lift it to a blonde despite my previous at home color. The color is so well blended and not a split end or any damage in sight! Would highly recommend, thanks again Amber!!🤍

I specifically had discussed with Hind that I am trying to grow out my hair including the bangs. I only wanted a little bit off the bangs for hair health. She chopped my bangs and they are completely uneven. I have a mullet now! This woman has no right charging $75, she is incompetent and should find a new career!!

I went to 3rd Ave Studio for the first time last week and was super happy with the service, products and cut. Rene did a great job, and was so nice to talk to and bounce my hair concerns off of. She had some great advice for thickening and hair health. I will be back in a few months for a trim :)

Rene is the best! She was upfront and honest about the best way to get my desired results without damaging my fine hair..everyone is super nice and professional. Don't worry there is plenty of parking in the side lot. I even left my wallet and she met up with me to bring it back! My go to stylists!

First time at this salon, although I live in the neighborhood. Hair cut and color precisely what I needed. My stylist Jerra, listened to me and communicated well. She approached my hair like an artist, took her time with the cut and color and I felt valued. The salon is spacious and clean and the staff and owner friendly, caring and upbeat. How rare is all this? Very!

I've been a customer of 3rd Ave Salon since 2020. My stylist is Rene, she is also the owner. She is wonderful, up-to-date on hair trends, and very knowledgeable with regards to hair salon business. The salon is always very clean and organized. The stylists are very professional & friendly. Also, I bring my children who are 2 & 6 yr old and the stylists are patient and careful with them for an affordable price. The location is perfect, being located the nw corner of 3rd & Holly. I would highly recommend this salon as you will not be disappointed!!

Just had an appointment with Jerra for some color. I was going from blonde back to brunette. I showed Jerra an inspiration picture, and the results exceeded my wildest dreams. I almost cried of happiness in the chair. I cannot recommend her enough. I booked my next appointment before leaving, and intend on making 3rd Avenue Studio my hair maintenance home.

Susan did a great job on my hair! She intuitively knew what I wanted and did not try to up-sell me on product or other services, which made the experience so much more relaxing. This studio is super close to where I live, so the high quality and convenience have me coming back!

When I booked my appointment for a "dry haircut" online, the website stated it would cost $45. I also received an email confirmation that also stated the price would be $45. My haircut was NOT a dry haircut. When I went to pay the receptionist told me the cost would be $85, a $10 dollar discount from the normal price for a dry haircut. When I informed the receptionist that I was told the price would be $45 dollars, she replied "the best I can do is $75". Instead of listening to my complaint, the receptionist just kept giving me random compliments to distract from the issue. She took down my name and phone number for a manager to call me, but "couldn't make any promises" about when I would get a call back. Once I had left the salon, I called to add that my haircut was NOT a dry haircut to my complaint, the manager answered my phone call. I was told that the $45 dollar online price was the previous owner's price, not theirs. I was also told that dry hair cuts are more expensive as they are more technical cut. I informed the manager my haircut was NOT a dry cut, to which she just responded that hair has to be washed because of COVID. The manager literally tried to haggle the price with me and "meet me in the middle". After repeating over and over again that it is not my fault they have incorrect pricing on their website and that my haircut was not dry, the manager finally agreed to refund me the difference. Terrible customer service!
