Amy has always been so kind and informative on the procedures she does. She's also very gentle and listens if you say something is making you uncomfortable, as far as pain. She's done lip filler and botox for me and I would definitely recommend her or anyone else at this place. The front end staff always remembers me by name, which I appreciate very much as well.

I could not recommend this place any higher than I already do! I have been going to 4Esthetics for a couple years for Dysport and decided to finally get the chin filler I had been wanting. I was extremely nervous for my appointment and Allie did an amazing job at calming me down and also asked if I needed any snacks or drinks while I waited. My injector Krystle came into the room, answered every single question I had and also calmed me down 😂 The treatment was absolutely amazing, I definitely had myself worked up for nothing. I am obsessed with my results! I cannot recommend 4esthetics enough!

While I did have a good experience with my injector… I was scheduled for a follow-up appointment post filler. I was at work (I work in a very non-traditional environment) there was an emergency and I was going to have to stay late and wouldn’t be able to make my appointment. I immediately called to let them know which was 2 hours before my appointment time. I was asked as to “why” I couldn’t come and then was “reminded” of the cancellation policy and fee. When I gave an explanation, the receptionist looked at my visit history and graciously waived my fee since this was my first offense. I understand that time is set aside for your appointment etc. I get it. I respect others time, especially when I am paying for their service…However, I have literally spent thousands in the last 2 months on filler, toxin and medical grade skincare and taken time off work to accommodate their limited appointment times. I don’t think it’s acceptable to put customers through an interrogation as to why they have to cancel an appointment and set a monetary consequence for an unexpected emergency. While they did offer to see me at a later time, I knew I wouldn’t be finished at work in time. After canceling this appointment, I called back and canceled future appointments that I had scheduled and will proceed with future filler, toxins and skincare elsewhere.
