I was a little disappointed today. I went in for my first IV hydration therapy. When I asked questions about the therapy, I felt like the nurse didn’t quite know what the benefits or symptoms it would help. She didn’t really answer any of my questions and I felt confused. I went ahead with the process. I was told it would take anywhere from 60-90 minutes but the process took over two hours. Which was okay but I was a little frustrated that the nurse ended my session before all of the fluids were finished. I thought maybe that’s how it goes since it was my first IV hydration. After my appointment, I called a friend who is a nurse and she said that they should have given me the entire saline therapy bag. I was pretty disappointed and felt taken advantage of. There was at least another 1/2 cup if not more left of fluid. I will go one more time since I paid in advance for two IV hydration appointments but I am definitely feeling gypped. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I had no issues with the service: Jacqueline is very knowledgeable and nice, everything was fine. But had an unpleasant experience with the payment. The girls in the office said my credit card transaction was not passing (even if I saw 'approved' on the terminal) and had me approve another one. That resulted in double charging. I notified the office via e-mail - but they said they can see only one transaction on their end and requested bank statement screenshots. I sent the proofs and they just ignored me afterwards. So had to dispute the second charge via my bank - which was relatively easy since it's a credit card. I won't be back though, they lost a client after the first visit 'cause they don't care.

I was feeling under the weather and knew they offered Immunity Booster IV drips here, I went in for the immunity shield IV, their Nurse Practitioner/Nurse Injector Jess was so nice and very professional, I didn’t feel it at all when she put the needle in my arm, the atmosphere in their IV room was very soothing I will definitely go again, all their staff are lovely people and I recommend this place to all my friends

Jessica was absolutely incredible, she took time to really get to know you and made sure she took that extra step for a truly customized experience so that I had the best results possible. Jessica definitely insured that she really paid attention to every detail (details I never would have even thought of!) and because of that I was blown away with the result's! So absolutely lucky to have Jessica as my NP at 4EVER Young. I’ve always hated getting IV hydrations done (I’ve been told I’m not an easy stick), but not after today. Jessica made the process a quick, easy, and comfortable process. She truly changed how I perceive receiving an IV. I definitely recommend her to anyone considering getting an IV hydration.
