If there is option for zero, they will deserve it so unprofessional you make an appointment you drive all the way there and then they tell you sorry they are busy. Come back an hour and a half. What kind of service is that?!

I and my husband recently had an amazing massage session with Hannah & Nadia! The therapists were incredibly skilled, attentive, and ensured we felt comfortable throughout the entire session. I went here for the first time to get a full body massage(deep tissue) and honestly I was disappointed. The workers are really nice however when it comes to the massage it was not great. Usually full body means even the front of the body, like your thighs or front side of your ankle. She only massaged my back side of my body. And also used very little oil which was on the rough side. It was basically her putting her body force on my body, by just climbing on me. Most of the massage I included her climbing on the table and on me. Using her thighs to put pressure, which was very weird. Another thing was, I’ve never seen a masseuse put her phone right near my legs, it just kept vibrating the entire hour. Not very relaxing. 90$ for waste, it did not feel professional. The following day I woke up with extreme back pain UPDATE TO THE OWNERS ANSWER: I haven’t complained about the massage not being medium. I’m complaining that your masseuse was on her phone, and the massage consisted of just body weight pressure. And also I’m saying you didn’t massage the front body, like front thighs, front arm, front stomach. I was mostly on my back. Please learn to read the review properly

DO NOT COME HERE ITS A SCAM. Couples therapy cost 120 then after you’re already done with the massage they force you to type 20$ to each lady claiming it’s mandatory. We called before going they said it was 120 for everything and we ended up paying 160 for a very unprofessional massage. Also all the ladies are rude and impatient.

I had a massage with Mercedes and unfortunately it was not very good. Her timing and pressure was inconsistent. She got onto the table to perform a portion of the massage, which was a surprise since I did not request back walking or anything like that. She focused way too much on my glutes which was a little awkward and did not focus enough on my back. I did like the stretching she did towards the end of the massage, the head massage, and that they use a hot towel to remove excess oils. She was very nice, the place was clean, and has heated tables. You can unfortunately hear some noise from the street, which is easily drowned out by the music they play. However, she was playing music from YouTube so it kept getting interrupted by ads which was taking away from the experience. Overall, I may try this place again but I would ask for a different masseuse.

It was ok. You get what you pay for. Very affordable services. I came here wanting to get rid of a painful knot I had in my back/neck. I feel they didn’t spend much time on it even though I brought up that being my main purpose for coming. It does feel better but it’s not completely gone. I could see myself coming back if I just wanted to relax for an inexpensive visit. They get a 5 stars from me because the service and the price match up.

I’ve been receiving massages regularly for many years. Katy’s massage is well beyond and greater than any massage that I received in my entire life. Her massage is outstanding and wonderful and made me feel like a new man. I strongly recommend her massage.

My boyfriend and I had a very relaxing couples massage with Ariana and Hana at 5 Elements Spa. The wine upon arrival was a nice touch too. They offer many services here… even cupping! We’ll be back for sure.

Scam scam scam! DO NOT GO THERE BY ANY MEANS!!! 1. We had a couple massage for 60 minutes. Instead, it ran for 48 minutes, they started at 7:12 and finished at 8:00. The massage is nothing special, just an average. When I said it was shorter than 60 minutes, they started to to lie, claiming that it’s 8:10 now and I showed them my phone where it showed 8:05 and I was already dressed up. You can’t do this to people who help you make money. I’m not a customer you can lie to. 2. They don’t accept cards, cash only. They either don’t want to pay taxes or just don’t want people to file transaction disputes. Shady business. 3. They asked for a tip of $20 on top of $60. It’s more than 30%!!! For what they’ve done. Moreover, they asked for the tip BEFORE the massage when I was even dressed up!!! Crazy tip for something that has never happened yet. This is absolutely ridiculous. This makes the price of 60 minutes massage to be almost $100 if you do the math given $80 for 48 minutes. DO NOT go there at any point, just avoid this place. I will never come back. It’s not about the money, it’s about how you treat people and run business. All my friends and their friends will not go there either. We better go to Manhattan and pay $100/hr and get an amazing service.

They have a “minimum tip” which is 20$ (33% of the price) and it’s even written on the price list. I’ve never seen something like this😆 Also for my massage the therapist was a kid about 14 y.o. She started massaging my feet and was texting on the phone with another hand. Then she started massaging me for a minute and then she would turn around and respond to her messages for 2 minutes. I had to ask for a manager and she wouldn’t understand what Im asking for because she didn’t speak any English. The whole experience was like a joke. I’ve never been in such situation in my entire life.

Went there for a couples massage, the staff was friendly and attentive, the vibes was relaxing, the couples room was nicely decorated with a free wine, which was a great touch to getting us relaxed.

I visited the spa with my boyfriend, we had a couple's massage and they welcomed us with a glass of wine. From the service to the massage they were excellent, I would definitely return and recommend it 100%

I'm just shocked. I called this salon and said that I would come a little later to get a certificate for a massage, they told me that they were waiting and I arrived. I couldn’t find their sign and called and asked to explain where they were, to which they simply shouted to me that they weren’t working and hung up. I have no words. With such staff, not only will I not come for a massage, but I also explain to everyone I know why!
