We visited to enjoy the salt cave. The facility itself was nice and the salt cave was relaxing. Comfortable chairs, a blanket, as well as cough drops if needed. The room was very relaxing HOWEVER, we did the shared experience and 2 other members were not present when the group’s time started. The late members were allowed to join in the cave once they arrived, completely disrupting the vibe with lights being turned on, people speaking, etc. Arriving on time should be a strict policy to protect the experience of others. You do have the option to basically rent out the whole room but $240+ for 45 minutes it steep in my opinion.

Poor communication leads to a poor experience. We came in from TX for a birthday celebration. Upon arriving our air b&b reservation fell through. It takes time for a refund to be issued so we had to come out of pocket by an unexpected $498 to secure another room. We called and left a voicemail asking for a return call to discuss cancellation options. Instead of calling us back at the number we provided they just cancelled it without a phone call and charged us $150 cancellation. If they would have called and said it's too late or anything like that we would have kept the reservation. Instead they cancelled it without communication and that my complaint. That is simply poor customer service. Then after we called to complain he invited us in but by then we had a bad taste in our mouth for thus company. I'll be filing a b&b complaint. Again I get the need for a cancelation fee. It's simply the lack of communication without giving us the option to agree to cancel or not. Next time return the call before you act.

The place itself was lovely. However, I was not pleased with my massage. A massage should be a relaxing experience and from the start it was not. I was 17 weeks pregnant at the time of my massage and the first question that was asked was how far along was I, which is an appropriate question. I let the person know and it from the start it felt like she was annoyed she had to give a prenatal massage. The massage therapist seemed very cold and not friendly the entire time. At one point I almost just stopped the massage and left. I felt so uncomfortable, the entire time. This is not a place I will return to for another massage.

I was really excited to try something new! My niece from Boston bought the Wellness Package for me as a gift for my birthday. I arrived at the spa and was greeted pleasantly by the receptionist. I was given a health history to fill out and signed waivers. I had an ionic foot bath first. I don't know anything about this process. The young attendant was nice enough, but NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE! She simply sat me down put a little machine in the water, showed me how to use the chair massage and walked out. She returned 20 minutes later and said that my foot bath color was what she normally sees. She handed me a color chart and told me to read what it meant. The chart did not really tell me anything except the color and listed a few body organs. I next had the infrared sauna. I know nothing about this either. I wasn't educated about what I was to expect or the benefits of the changing lights. I was given a remote to change the color of the lights but several of the buttons didn't work. Again, the attendant was NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE. My last service was a massage. At this point I was really looking forward to it. I had to wait 20+ minutes as my therapist had gone to lunch and did not return on time. The owners were very apologetic and both were pacing up and down from the lobby to the back door and back again in front of me, making phone calls. The massage therapist returned. The owners apologized profusely and offered me a longer massage. The therapist did not review my health history with me as she appeared very flustered and was just trying to get on with the massage. I had to ask her to please stop the massage and trim her nails as they were poking into my skin. I was supposed to have a salt cave session, but I did not get an education on this either and so I decided to forego that service. The owner said she would credit my niece's credit card $30. My suggestion to the owner is to ask each client if they have ever been to the spa and to educate the client on each of the services. Also, I would recommend not pacing back in forth in front of the client and disrupt the peaceful experience and atmosphere of the spa. Lastly, I suggest if a therapist or attendant is late, request to reschedule the appointment. Neither I nor the therapist had a good experience this day.

The Salt Caves are an oasis of peace and rejuvenation. From the moment you walk in, it FEELS peaceful. That peace grows deeper the longer you're there. I am grateful that a friend encouraged me to experience the healing energy here.

The salt cave is pretty cool. Aside from that, the massage itself was just less than mediocre. The 'sauna' was the same kind you can buy for your personal home. The cost for it all is way more than the relaxation you will receive. The salt cave is their main claim to anything. Overall, I would say it is not worth what they charge

5 Star Salt Caves do not disappoint, this was my first time there. The staff was super friendly and the services were great. I did the detox package and the sauna was amazing, then off too an ionic foot bath, that was nice as well, the water after not so nice (lol), then the last stop a 50 minute session in the salt cave the was so amazing. A great day of pampering and relaxation, I will return for some other services.

OMG... our little family scheduled an 80 min massage session in the same room this morning. It was heavenly! It was a combination of micro work, personalized attention, and RELAXING! We recommend this place and we will come back for sure! Our therapists, Naomi, Tana Marie, and Cansler delivered!

This place was amazing!!! We did the salt room and hour massage package and it was sooooo needed!! I brought in some headphones for my own relaxing music and loved just sitting in the salt cave, the best part of everything was the massage.. tana who did my massage was considerate and thoughtful as this was my first "professional" massage. Was literally shocked at the end how relaxed I was. Do yourself the favor and do this!! All was very well priced as well and will be back!

My sister & I were wanting to celebrate our birthday with something different & special so we booked the Wellness package and wow what a wonderful and enjoyable experience! Each treatment was amazing the staff was super friendly and we had the best time. This was our 1st time doing something like this and we will definitely come back again. Highly recommended

Spa Day! What a unique and delightful spa! The infrared Sauna provided sore and tired muscle relief, and the Salt Cave was a transformation for the entire body! Relieved swelling, revitalized skin, and honestly, we all have more energy! Highly recommend, very clean, staff was wonderful and we will be back!!
