I got the hard gel nails done and absolutely love how they've turned out! I've been coming to 5:5 Nail Lounge tor quite some time now and always leave happy! They have quality services at great prices and everyone who works there is so welcoming and talented! Especially Rianan who has been my nail tech for a while and she is amazing! I have also had my nails found by several others there and thay are ALWAYS friendly and all are so talented!

Hubby made me an appointment here to try it out and I’m saddened to say it didn’t meet expectations at all. The look of it had caught my attention but that’s about it. When I went in for my appointment I got hit with the smell of monomer right away, which gave me a headache. There needs to be better ventilation. Not only that but once I got sat down for my pedicure, I told the lady what color I wanted and she came back to show me an empty bottle so I had to change my color choice. I didn’t get her name but the appointment was mostly just awkward silence, I thought she didn’t speak English at first which would make sense but she does? I got the volcano pedicure with gel polish which came out to be $80 total. I wouldn’t have minded paying that much if the experience had been better. Worst of all, the towels that were used to soak up the extra lotion on my legs smelled like stinky feet. I literally showered before coming in to make sure I was clean prior to the service and I left smelling like old lady with fungus on her toes. GROSS. Please get white towels and bleach them 🫠 only giving 2 stars because my nails look fine, just hoping I don’t get an infection after that experience

I found this nail bar by complete accident and I’m thankful I did!!!! Mayanna is amazing!! She does my nails just how I want them and she’s quick. I never have to wait because she seems to always be running on schedule. You never have to wait when getting a pedicure either. I just found out that they have a rewards program- received $5 off my last service- surprise!! Great service !!! Clean and innovative spot!!! I highly recommend 5:5.!!

Never had a bad experience every single person there is an absolute master at what they do. I do gotta give a shout out to my girl Myanna she's an artist and can do any design. Today i recieved the best pedicure of my life by Andy, i will definitely be going to him from now on💖💖💖💖

Had a pedicure couple days ago and it was not good. Customer service was terrible, we never got our complimentary drink with our pedicures. My gel polish is so uneven, it needed more coats. The “massage” was below par. I don’t think I’ll ever go here again.

I have had my fair share of bad nail salons, however, I have quite literally never seen this behavior, Daughter and nail salon. I’m not sure if this is because it’s too soon and they just have an audacity that most nail salons don’t, however, they were cutting into my nail buds enough to leave blood and raw skin while I was getting a manicure, I got a gel set on both my feet and my hands, however my hands Are peeling. The paint is peeling. Have you ever heard of a set where the paint is peeling??? That’s quite literally the opposite of a gel manicure. Pair that with the fact that I got acrylics and now the acrylic gel is chipping away and I got this manicure about a week and a half ago. I’m livid now I don’t know about you but I paid about $150 for this entire set and I cannot fathom let alone understand coming back to this godforsaken nail salon after paying that much money and I’m now dealing with scabbed over cuticles and peeling gel nail polish. DO NOT GO TO THIS GODFORSAKEN NAIL SALON IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!!!

Place looked cool. My issue was that the service was inconsistent. My girls and wife got the same thing. Just basic pedicure with gel nails. I watched as the nail tech gave my wife a massage and removed dead skin. She got what i always expect as a pedicure. My girls nail tech just did their nails. Mine took about 10pm, my wifes took about 30min. Got told by my nail tech that anything more than nails was priced more. We paid the same price for all three. I didn’t think this was a bad place, but the service is inconsistent. It really sucked to watch as my girls didn’t get as pampered as the wife

Love this place and everyone who works there. It’s filled with young college students and anyone who is local should also take advantage of a great atmosphere, great services and fair prices!

Love it Love it Love it , this place is Amazing and the staff are beyond talented, Maina gets the exact colors no matter what color you ask her for. I’ve been going there for months and my nails stays intact for a an exact month never chips off or breaks , they are the best 💕💕💕💕💕

This studio is gorgeous and I was really excited to try it out. Unfortunately, this place did not meet expectations. I left with two bleeding nails that made the whole experience unpleasant because the lotion and oils stung my open wound. I paid $85 for a pedicure that ended up being painful. Update: owner reached out and refunded me. It was a fairly easy refund process and I appreciated how willing she was to accommodate me. She assured this was not a normal experience for patrons and based on my experience with the owner, I would try the salon once more.

Not worth it I’ve been to multiple locations with great talent. This place definitely over charges painted my daughter’s nails with gel and over charged me. Shouldn’t have left a tip I rather go somewhere else where they don’t rip me off. Charging too much for full set for a short length I pay over 100.00 for longer lengths elsewhere no reason to charge so high. I wish my kids didn’t like this place. Should get them to spend their money elsewhere too.

I got dip and my nails are short, I even asked the lady to cut them and keep my shape. I check out and was charged for shape/length. Just keep the prices in mind.

Got my nails not even 7 days ago and my nails are already falling off!! Paid 75 for low quality work. Ended up leaving beyond unsatisfied, even after trying to work with the tech. I asked to pick my base color because dark skin effects the look on nails and she ended up just using what she picked, by the time I noticed it was too late, almost a three hour appointment, for my nails to fall in less than a week is poor service. If you work hard for your money, don’t come here! You’ll regret it.

My husband and I both got pedicures with John and Viviana. We did the volcano pedis and they were amazing! I’m coming back every week to get these done. So relaxing and my nails look amazing. Loved the attention to detail and customer service!

Went in on a Monday, was seen immediately for an acrylic fill with cuticle care. Very professional, nice atmosphere. I like being able to zone out while getting my nails done, and there are TV's you can watch, so that was nice. One had a movie with subtitles and one had nail art videos. Very pleasant experience. Will go back. Update: I loved how my nails came out so much I came back for a pedicure with a friend later in the same week. Got the signature with Chi and really enjoyed it. I don't shave my legs, and that was not an issue (it has been elsewhere). I think I finally found *my* nail place.

terrible service, did not do what was asked, left acrylic powder all over my fingers, nail glue all over my nails & fingers. charged me 87 dollars then asked for a tip. definitely was NOT worth 87 dollars. my tip…DO NOT GO THERE :) 2nd pic is what i asked for.

This spot is trendy and modern and has some very talented nail artists! They can do any design you’re thinking about. They are friendly and fast with great quality. Definitely one of the best nail salons in town! I suggest Myanna to make all your nail dreams come true.
