I am currently a student at 5T beauty and I love my experience here so far, everyone is so nice, welcoming, and understanding. Such a clean and organized atmosphere, would definitely recommend this school, Tina is amazing!

I’m in school right now for esthetics and everything I’ve have learned so far has been well put together by Tina. The scheduling for what we are learning for every week we have school is very easy to access on our google classroom very easy to understand as well. I haven’t been in school for like 4 years and I thought it was going to be hard to get back in the school motion and Mrs Tina has been really good at explaining and making you feel comfortable on the first day. I’ve really been enjoying my time hear at 5t academy!

This was my first time being taught with Ms.Rika she is very patient and have a great personality. I really enjoy her teaching she has a lot of knowledge and awesome. I love her being my teacher at 5T beauty Academy. I love how when you don’t understand something she breaks it down so you will understand her. Her teaching skills are wonderful and she is a wonderful teacher. I have learned very well with her thank you so much ms.Rika your the best and so awesome! 🥰☺️

As a business owner, I wanted to elevate my business by offering more services and become more educated about the esthetics industry. After many years of debating on which school to attend, I came across a school that is perfect for my busy schedule. 5T beauty has the perfect person for students that have a busy lifestyle. They have morning, evening, Saturday classes, and you can do some online! I personally do a hybrid where I come to school during the day and online. It’s been a perfect match! Tina and her team do everything to make sure that we truly understand the material. I can’t recommend 5T enough! Miss Cassandra, Miss June, and all of the instructors are here to help you succeed and pass the state boards! Thanks, Tina for sharing all of your years of knowledge and beyond!!

The best place to get a mani or pedicure is 5T Beauty Academy. The area is really clean and comfy, and the service was excellent. Tina and her group are excellent!

As a business owner, I was on the fence of whether or not I could attend an esthetics school while working full time. I have been on a wait list for Wake Tech for two years and I finally decided to stop waiting and go to a school. I looked all around and had an appointment set to your an Aveda school and then I came across 5T. After having a phone conversation with Shan, I decided I needed to go check out the school. I’m so glad I did! 5T had been such a blessing for my growth and my business. One of the best things for my business is that 5T allows me to do a hybrid training course si I’m able to attend classes morning, evening, Saturdays and online. I have yet to find a school that understands and appreciates that students have full time jobs and commitments that don’t always fit just a morning or evening class. I just a short amount of time I’ve learned so much! Tina, Miss June, Kate, Cassandra, and Rika are there to help you thrive.if you’re on the fence, I say go for it!

Currently in nighttime esthetics and I am enjoying every minute of it. Tina is clearly a key leader in her market and she has a ton of clients that trust her hands and expertise. I am grateful to be under her tutelage during this season. I chose 5T Beauty Academy after researching programs and curriculums for over 18 months. I also asked estheticians and wax specialists about their experience while in school--was it worth it? Did the curriculum cover what you needed? I will not mention names, but most institutions are over priced and do not provide enough hands opportunities. With 5T Beauty you have a relevant theory course curriculum, that's scheduled in a way that makes sense, and the opportunity for hands on clients and a front row seat to the real world tips and tricks to running a successful salon business.

Everyone was very friendly and understanding when my father and I went to get mani/ pedis. My nails look great and dad doesn’t have old man feet or gross hands. He totally fell asleep, that’s a good thing because he felt safe because his dementia and new things cause anxiety. Well done ladies!

I have been attending 5T Beauty Academy’s Esthetics night program since December. I have learned so much over the past 2 months and have thoroughly enjoyed my time with 5T. All of the teachers are extremely helpful and knowledgeable especially Miss Tina! She makes class fun and you really remember the information she gives. There is no way to fail this course! I definitely recommend 5T Beauty Academy and look forward to the next 5 months of school!

If you're looking for a beauty school to get you prepared to either get your Esthetician or Manicurist license don't look any further! 5T Beauty Academy is a great beauty school with great instructors that care about you! I’ve been studying at 5T Beauty Academy for six weeks, and I’d like to share my impressions. I approached the choice of an educational institution very carefully because it was essential for me to find an academy that provides high-quality education and helps in obtaining a license in the United States. In Ukraine, I earned a medical degree and mastered several other professions, including esthetics. However, while preparing to work in the U.S., I realized I lacked certain skills, such as makeup techniques and modern approaches to the beauty industry. This is because the training programs here differ significantly from those in Ukraine. I’m particularly impressed by the structured and professional approach to education at 5T Beauty Academy. The dedication shown by the academy’s founder, Tina Truong, truly astonishes me. She ensures that students have access to all the necessary learning materials and resources required for professional success. I’d also like to highlight the instructors — Cassandra, Ana, and Sherika. They not only share their expertise but also provide continuous support at every stage of the learning process, helping us build confidence and move forward. I chose the evening classes, which are ideal for those who need to balance pursuing a new career with daytime commitments. This flexible schedule is a huge advantage, especially for students like me. Since English is not my native language, learning can sometimes be challenging. However, the consistent support I receive from my classmates and instructors gives me the confidence and comfort to continue. The nurturing and supportive environment here makes the learning process even more enjoyable and motivating. I’m confident that choosing 5T Beauty Academy was the right decision, and I’m deeply grateful to everyone who contributes to making this institution so special.

They were all so kind to customers, students, and each other and appeared to like being there. I would return for this reason alone. The prices were also good.

This school was okay in the beginning but slowly went down hill. The staff put so much more responsibility on the students then they did their own employees. Very ghetto and a extremely unprofessional environment. I was sent home one day because i did not feel comfortable performing a service on a client since our instructor never taught us this certain skill, i explained that and they said either i HAD to preform the service or go home. I asked if our instructor could first perform the service so i could watch and learn (again we were never taught this) and they immediately said no and that i HAD to preform the service. Disgusting staff, all they care about is money over here. They barely teach you anything. Would NOT recommend this school to ANYONE. Please find a better school because this place was awful!! Not to mention SO DIRTY. If i could give it 0 stars i would.
