I have had 2 sessions so far with Ayme and she is great! She listened to what my pain issues are and has been a great help in finding relief. I will definitely be continuing on with her. I always feel great after I leave my sessions. The entire staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.

I’ve had two deep tissue massages with Karen and she is wonderful. She is friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable right away. I would highly recommend Karen for a massage. Additionally, the front desk staff at 640 are awesome as well. They are extremely professional and helpful. I look forward to my next massage at 640!

Wonderful massage, again with Dr. Brad. He is knowledgeable and shares useful recommendations for home exercise. I always feel great for a few days after the massage. I don't know if he integrates energy work but he certainly gets rid of any bad juju.

I had my first visit yesterday with Dr Lenz (acupuncture and general eastern medicine discussion) and had an exceptional visit. I learned a great deal and had a good experience. I felt things were explained well and the time was taken to explain the thought process behind the treatment...quite frankly it was an open and engaging conversation that led to a high degree of comfort. In addition, I experienced two different folks in the office at arrival and departure and both were extremely helpful and kind. Overall it was a good experience and I will return (next week...). I would highly recommend.

I am a long time client of 640 massage and am never disappointed. I have had several surgeries they have helped me recover from. I am an active person and rely on 640 to keep me moving, which keeps me happy!!

I love going to 640 Health Therapies. My therapist is so awesome and nice as well as all the staff there. They are so helpful and understanding and willing to accommodate your schedule. They're so professional at their job. Although I have only really used one of their services and tried another one for free. I love it there. I definitely recommend 640 Health Therapies!!!

I found 640 Health Therapies thanks to their great Google reviews, so I figured I'd pass on the favor! Every aspect of my experience has been fantastic so far, from the seamless booking and welcoming team (shout out to Cheri!) to the relaxing environment they provide and the quality of the treatments I've received. I recently had some severe muscle pain that Ayme was able to diagnose and help address in a deep tissue massage session. I went for a follow up this week and in addition to it being a relaxing experience, she was able to assess what had improved since my last visit and provide me with education on stretches and posture corrections I could try at home. I'm looking forward to being a repeat visitor and trying the other services they offer as well. Many thanks to Tabatha and her talented team for the healing and respite they provide to their clients!

Dr Bradley is amazing! He is a wealth of knowledge and highly professional. I have been dealing with pain for several years and am finally getting relief. Also, the staff are friendly and helpful. The office is new and clean.

This place was Beyond amazing, I went in with a lot of stress and a lot of pain i still have a lot of work That still has to be done. But I left there Feeling amazing my thoughts were clear.It's like my body was able to breathe for once in a long time. Everyone there is amazing I felt comfortable and relaxed and welcome. I had my first massage at 640 with DR. K. BRADLEY LENZ. I signed up for a prenatal massage, but it was so much more than that. I went into the appointment feeling anxious as I was a few minutes late after filling out initial paperwork, thinking this was going to cut into my massage time. Dr. K. Bradley Lenz did an assessment of my health, listened to my pulses (he studied Chinese medicine). Everything he assumed that was off with my body was spot on. From a pain I had felt in my head the day before (connected to bladder functioning) and tightness in an area of my arm (backed up small intestine) I was amazed. It is incredible how everything is so connected- he reminded me to slow down, and come to my breath. After all, I'm growing another human inside of me. I signed up for my next massage, and making self-care like this a regular thing. Thank you!
