Hot spa was ok they have cc machines but only accept cash But the place is very old fashioned and was never renovated priced very expensive for such an old place didn’t enjoy it because a lot of things are not working properly like the showers etc and is not a modern clean vibe the owner claims i reviewed a different place but this is the correct place im reviewing and dont advise you to come here i should get refunded

Always a great experience. The ladies there are very nice and always take care of my aches and pains. I don't live in NYC but visit frequently on business. Even if I'm not staying near their location, I make sure to still stop by. Very conveniently located near the subway stop. It's a hidden gem.

Terrible massage, woman Is very very aggressive with massage (it really hurt and she focused on weird places like digging in to the back of your knees), she kept leaving the room and sighing loudly like she was red to be somewhere else through the whole massage. The curtain was open to my room most of the time so no privacy. Woman is also very rude and tried forcing me to pay a higher tip. There are a bunch of other massage places nearby, go there instead they are all the same price.

I have came here at least four times and tried all different massuist, they were all amazing. It is not a place where you get a relax spa, it's one of those place they don't even need you to tell them where your problem is and they will know (clearly they will still ask you and respect your request and sensitive body issues). Pros: open till late, respect appointment time, takes credit card, professional, hidden gem and clean. Cons: if you are late for more than 10 mins, they might give your appointment away to walk in. The usual not individual room, simple divider set up, not for ppl who needs 100% sound proof environment.
