I had an unfortunate experience at a barber shop where my sons hair was cut real bad, I found this location via google, contacted them over the phone to ask if they had time to fix my sons hair. Everyone was so nice and polite as soon as we walked in, had no wait time. They worked a miracle to fix my sons hair and both my husband and I very immensely pleased with both the service and haircut! ***Added before and after photo of my sons haircut.

9 Haircuts did a great job fading my hair. They actually charged me $9 for the haircut. I thought 9 was just the name of the haircut salon.

Got a really nice haircut for a really nice price as there was a special sale going on. She really took her time and got my hair to look very similar to the picture I showed her. The insides are relatively clean. I went on 3pm on Wed and it was empty so no wait time. This is a new place but I knew right away that they are pros with lots of years of experience. Will definitely be coming back again even if they raise the price back to normal levels.

Just moved to San Jose and this was the first place I tried to get a haircut. Needless to say, I won't need to look elsewhere. Mai did a great job, and will definitely keep booking appointments with her.

For all the curly haired cuties, Cookie does a wonderful job! I was adamant about getting a simple trim on a last minute basis, had a hard time getting in anywhere else but they took me right in. Simple and humble shop but very sweet people. I have a very sensitive scalp very thin hair but very coily soft curls. Cookie seriously did an amazing job! She was very attentive, very mindful of everything that I was telling her, and she had great communication throughout, telling me what she was doing and ask me if there was anything else I wanted all throughout the cut. Thank you very much, Cookie!

Great place to have a haircut, price is in the low side compared to other places. I'm a guy and I have men style cuts, I also bring my grandma for her hair. Inside temp is cool; and they dont usually have long wait times specially on weekdays which saves me time.

A hidden gem! I decided to try out a new barber because although I get a simple cut every few weeks, my usual barber is starting to miss a few spots. Ellie cut my hair and she did a perfect job, taking her time to get every detail right, but not taking excessive time. I went on a Saturday evening when it was not as busy so I got to chat with both Mai and Ellie. They are both professional and super nice. I also got a shampoo after (I hate running errands with little hairs flying off my head). Appointments are recommended if you go at busier times. Also a neat bonus is they take digital/contactless payment if you want.
