I went to this establishment expecting a professional massage, but what I encountered was far from it. From the moment I walked in, it was obvious that their focus was not on providing legitimate therapeutic services. The atmosphere was unprofessional, and the staff seemed far more interested in upselling questionable 'extras' than delivering the service I paid for. If you're looking for a real massage experience, steer clear of this place. It felt shady, uncomfortable, and entirely inappropriate for anyone seeking genuine relaxation or pain relief. Truly disappointing and not what they advertise. Do not go here

Worst $50 spent by far… came in for an hour massage and they required the $80 up front. I gave them $100 and she said she would get me $20 change. About 25 minutes into the massage, the owner came in and said her salon was too busy and they can only do a half hour… what!? So the therapist wiped the oil off my back and said the $50 of the $100 was on the table next to me… wait WHAT?!? $50 for a 30 minute massage that was just to my back? Ugh…. Never again

Best place for a massage! I come here for the foot massage and full body at least once a week. They are so welcoming and so good at what they do. I leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Literally the best massage I’ve ever had. I have chronic back pain and CiCi was able to relieve the pain. Highly recommended!

Today was my first time at 9 Spa and let me tell you their service is phenomenal! From the second I called this morning they got me into an early appointment and talked me through the whole process. Overall a fantastic experience!

I got an hour massage from a very pleasant and talented therapist. The venue was very clean and serene. The whole experience was very relaxing, and I slept well afterwards. I went back another time and I got shorted on time with no refund. They got busy and the owner told the girls to hurry the paying customers out the door so she could make more money from the new customers.

It was not a great massage, the place was not very clean, and when we were done, the therapist told us we didn't give a big enough tip! I thought tipping was optional. We won't be returning.

Not the place to go if you actually want a good massage. I paid 75 for the 60 min and the lady left like 4 times- only to come back for 5 min or so before she left the room again. Waste of money.
