They are always available for walk-in clients, and I've not had a bad haircut yet. Pricing is also the best in town.

They're super disorganized here. I walked in today, stood at the front desk for 10 minutes, not a single person came out to greet me or ask what I was looking for. And there were barbers in clear view talking who saw me standing there & didn't even bother to ask what I needed help with. Not a good impression, so I finally got tired of waiting and walked out.

Every cut I’ve had here has been great with great service, but booking is kind of a convoluted nightmare.

If I could do no stars I would. I went online to book a child's cut and one stylist had an opening for today but I couldn't book online so I called. Then they tell me there are no openings will never call there again

10 years of only going here after every other place that touched my beard couldn't get it right. I trust everyone in there. Super friendly staff and always helpful.

everyone here is very nice and accommodating. I've never had a bad time when visiting and will recommend this place every time I get compliments on my hair.

Em behind the chair is amazing!!!! Absolutely love what u did 2 my hair!!!! My new favorite (since technically it's my first time getting my hair done by u)!! Love it Soo much!!! Couldn't ask for more, plus the hubby loves it 2 so win win!!!

Top rate stylists. I go to Ben who is amazing and always delivers great style. Excellent atmosphere. Some walk ins are accepted but will have a wait. Best decision I’ve made in years!!

Ben was amazing and cut my special needs child's hair while doing everything he could to calm him and become buddies with him. I was so grateful because everyone up to that point had flat out refused to deal with him. They are great here.

First time at 9 West Hair Studio and did not disappoint. Very nice and clean salon. Lucky to have Hannah for a hair stylist. She did a great job with my hair. She had to fix a messed up hair cut from another salon and talked me through everything she did with my hair and it came out great. I love the easy to care for style and highly recommend Hannah and the salon. Will be my go to stylist from now on. Thank you Hannah 😊

I was seen by Shannon, she was wonderful. Listened to all my concerns and wants, gave great advice and also had great conversation durrning my visit. The establishment is very nice and everyone I encountered was friendly and welcoming.

Carols is an amazing barber!! We make special trips just to have him cut my sons hair. He's 14, likes a low fade up. Some hair on top. Carlos always always does an amazing job!!

I had an appointment to get my hair cut here, but when I showed up, they said I didn't have an appointment. I hope the service here has improved since then.

My son comes here for every single haircut and is never disappointed. He’s had Ben for almost 3 years through 2 total hair studios. Prices are very affordable and high quality worksmanship. Highly, highly recommended Ben!

We love our stylist, Ben! He is amazing and great to work with! He cuts and colors my hair, and cuts my son's hair. My son is autistic and Ben is so patient and kind to him! We've been going to Ben for many years!

it was wonderful!!! my hair looks gorgeous. the staff is super nice! they have lots of snacks and drink and keep track of my hair and what I've done so far to see what to do moving forward. thank you so much!!
