Caroline has been doing my hair for years! I don’t even live in Florida anymore and still only go to see her. My hair is long and thick, she always gives me the best cut & color whether I’m feeling dark/red/highlights etc.. She is always transparent in talking about the process or pricing. Plus she’s great company :) highly recommend going to see her!

An absolute sensational experience with Caroline. She spent her time talking with me before she started to ask what I was wanting to achieve. I asked for her opinion as well and she gave me her professional thoughts which allowed me to have the result I wanted. The best color and cut I have had in years. She also knew how to style my hair and it never looked so good!! Super pleased 😀

I moved to Jax 3 years ago and needed a new stylist when I came across Caroline's Google profile. Let me say this was the best decision I've ever made! Not only has my hair never looked better, I feel like I've made a best friend. She genuinely cares about what her clients want and who they are. Will forever come back!!

Emalee did just a great job! When the original plan didn’t work out, she navigated it so well and i knew my hair was still going to turn out pretty… which it turned out gorgeous!! Highly recommend her!

I asked Caroline to do something she had not done before, at least not to the extent I wanted. My gray was coming in and I just wanted to go all gray to remove the demarcation line. She was upfront with me that she had never done it but was willing to try. She went above and beyond by scheduling me for a day she is normally off since we knew it would take all day. She worked so hard to get the results and the results were great! She achieved what I asked for and was courteous and professional. She is a very kind person who has great talent with her craft. If you need a great colorist, I’d highly recommend Caroline!

She is some I took a chance on bc I had never had some do my hair outside of my dad . And love it . Definitely is very knowledgeable and pulled this level 4 brown full head to this . Even when There were Some piece that came out a little too brassy(only bc I was so dark ) to my liking and I was able to go right back and she fixed them no questions asked . My advice if you questioning yourself on going - DO IT ! She won’t let you down . Great lady <3

I have never felt like I wasnt home sitting in Carolyns chair, She is an awesome stylist with a pure heart. She listens and gives excellent advice with your hair, I lost all mine, we cried together, but she worked with me and her products are amazing. 2 years later I have beautiful gorgeous hair. I love her. she changed my life. Ive been with her 3 years and will never stray. Shes the one Girls!

Caroline has always been so so amazing! I have had the luxury of working with her for a couple years now and she always gets it right. I am very particular about my hair and never leave unhappy after sitting in Caroline’s chair! Caroline has been my only hair stylist for the past four years, and I can't imagine trusting anyone else with my hair! Despite being blonde for all this time, my hair is in amazing condition—still soft, shiny, and healthier than ever. Caroline makes you feel so comfortable and truly taken care of. She's the perfect blend of professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Honestly, she's just a genuinely good person. I had been going to the same place for 4 years and always left feeling a little bummed that my hair was never as blonde as I used to get it in the past. I finally decided to do some research on reputable blonde hairstylists in Jacksonville. That is how I stumbled upon Caroline. I scheduled an appointment and patiently waited until it was my day to give someone else a try. I can wholeheartedly say that Caroline is THE BEST hair stylist that I have had the pleasure of meeting, in my many, many years of searching for the right one. I can say, I’ve found her! Caroline was so a sweet and understanding, even with me being 45 minutes due to my inability to follow directions. Caroline patiently foiled my hair for 2 hours, just to ensure she could give me the results I was hoping for. She taught me quite a bit about various reasons my hair is experiencing thinning and my struggle to get it to grow. She provided several recommendations - which I jumped at trying. Needless to say, the results of my hair were beyond what I went into her chair hoping for. I will most definitely keep returning to Caroline! As a perk, Caroline has an amazing and energetic personality which made sitting in her chair for 3ish hours fly by!

Caroline is a dream come true! I’m so glad I finally found someone who not only can do amazing hair color, but understands hair color. She gets my blonde right everytime; the tone, the placement of the color, the blend of color with no harsh lines when it grows out! She truly is a master at her art; she loves what she does and it shows! I can’t recommend Caroline enough…she’s truly one of the best I’ve ever found!

Caroline did such an amazing job! I showed her my inspo pics and she helped me figure out how to get as close to the color I wanted without damaging my hair! Caroline was amazing. She explained exactly what she was going to do and made my hair feel and look healthier than when I walked in. I recently went to Caroline after researching stylist in St Augustine/Jacksonville Area. I love that she educates, trains, communicates AND listens to what you want. She is very honest about what your hair can do or not do. I wanted more dimension and to be lighter - she delivered! I can not be more happy with my decision to go to her. She even spent a bit of time via text to make sure I was comfortable - showing a few pictures of my hair now vs what I was looking for. Caroline is a gem! Super sweet and fun. Knowledgeable and talented. All of the qualities you want in a stylist. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment!

I’m not one to write reviews, but I had to put one in for Caroline. I usually can never find a good hairstylist for my thick hair, furthermore to achieve what I want, but she did an excellent job! I can finally say I found a perfect hairstylist for me & will recommend her to anyone who comes my way. She explained me the whole process from beginning to end, even at the end she made me feel comfortable enough to give critiques (when there literally wasn’t any), but I feel as if you can’t get that from all hairstylists. With my thick hair I was in there for 5 hours, but she made me feel so comfortable and made the whole thing fly by with her sweet energy! Her area was so clean and calming which I personally find a big plus. 10/10 You won’t regret this place. Let the photos speak for itself.

Caroline has been doing my hair for the last year and this time she did my teen daughter’s first highlights/hair color. She did such a great job listening and executing exactly what my daughter asked for! Caroline never disappoints.
