I had this kind of rash back to back twice when i got face waxing done. After telling them I had the rash previous time they were still not careful at all and very harsh while waxing on the face.

It's the only place I trust with my eyebrows. Lately, the new hires have been making my eyebrows too thin. I have naturally thick defined eyebrows that are perfectly shaped. I just need the stray hairs threaded and trimmed. I told the lady 3 times that to not make the eyebrows thin. She had her ear pods in and was talking to someone on the phone and ignored my request. I could feel her threading more than I told to. I showed her a picture of how my eyebrows were done before. I told her I wanted them to be thick, not thin. She just said ok. No apology. I don't want to come back unless the more skilled ladies are here and actually listen to what I say. Not just do what they think is best. Not everyone wants thin eyebrows.

Worst experience! I didn't expect people were going to be soo rude there. I was asking to adjust my eyebrow edge shape a little but the lady wasn't listening to me enough and ran the thread and my eyebrow shape got messed. Upon telling her, she was not willing to accept it and was super rude. Very bad behavior with customer.... Won't recommend to anyone.

They are just watching serial. Did not do a good job at all. My upper lip still is not clean.. when I mentioned, the lady says she can't clean since hair is too small. But that is not true. I checked and see the whole of my upper lip has so much hair...Very lousy job. Extremely disappointed.

When i first entered, the front desk lady was extremely rude & didn’t say hi, hello, welcome or anything. Her airpods were in her ears and i’m pretty sure she was watching a movie. I was told that my eyebrow hair was too small to get threaded. I had been growing them out for 3 months - and the hair was long. After she finished threading my brows, they looked absolutely horrendous. Some spots weren’t filled & it looked so unnatural. I left & she didn’t say bye, have a nice day, or anything. She just put her airpods back in & looked angry. Very bad customer service & very bad job. I don’t plan on going here again, and I don’t recommend it.

My daughter's and I will never go anywhere else for our brows or our henna, they do such amazing job and talented with their art. These lovely ladies are beyond awesome.. Love it here

Came here for my wife and stunned with the responses and work done. Poor customer service and very poor quality of eyebrow threading. We do not even want to ask to do it properly because of their arrogance. It's not hygienic too and did a mess after threading.
