I received a great massage from Kevin, he really worked wonders on my back shoulders and neck. I will say that I found the facility very dirty the floors needed to be swept and mopped, the bathroom needed cleaning as well. This was my first time , I enjoyed the massage but the facility needs a good cleaning once that’s done it would be a 5 star ⭐️ for me. Getting to the location is a bit hard to find you have to keep calling for someone to direct you.

The scheduling should have been my first clue. I called multiple times and no one would answer. They sent a text and said book with this link, the link was very difficult to use when booking multiple services. I asked for help and Courtney told me to try again. Finally got it scheduled and she canceled absolute last minute. Then rescheduled it and it was a time I already had a meeting so I moved it. She kept my deposit because she said I canceled, which I obviously did not. Finding it was a nightmare with no signage and again no one would answer the phone. The head spa was definitely not as expected, I’ve had a better head massage from the shampooer at the hair salon, and the water arch (whatever it’s called) was used for a very short period of time and not as exciting or relaxing as one might expect. She rubbed so hard I felt like my scalp was being cut and had to ask her to calm down. The place was cute enough and she was nice during the service but I would definitely not do it again. Don’t waste your money, the products used felt and smelled like something you would buy at the dollar store when you were 5. Save yourself the aggravation and hassle.

Courtney had to cancel last minute because of her kid but wouldn’t refund us the deposit even though it was her fault that we had to cancel/reschedule. The place was super hard to find… there was no sign out by the parking lot area. We tried to call her to find the place but she wouldn’t answer. When we walked in it was cute but had a faint nasty smell. When I walked into the head spa room it was cute and very relaxing. When she started massaging my head it felt good but as the appointment went on I felt like she was getting to rough and was pushing and scrubbing my head so hard… also for some reason I don’t know if it was the steam or what under my head but it felt like my head was on fire. The rest of the appointment was super rough. Make sure you’re okay looking like a crazy oily lady because your hair will be looking ridiculous with no brush or hair dryer to use. When I got home and showered my head was so red and sensitive that it hurt just to get under the water. It’s been 2 days and it still kinda hurts. Personally I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Totally not worth the price.

From the moment you walked in, it was tranquility. Tiffany gave an excellent deep tissue massage and was just exactly what I needed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

I had one of the best massages of my life today by Akili so amazing in fact for the first time I fell asleep and was snoring I was so relaxed . Her hands were magical. The sweetest and warmest heart she paid special attention to my needs. I will defiantly be going back. I've found my forever Therapist.

Cortney does an amazing job. She is knowledgeable on what she does. She indeed has the Midas touch. She helped relieve back pain that I have been dealing with for a month. When I arrived she was very friendly. She has created a nice atmosphere and is very welcoming. I HIGLY recommend her services. I drove over an hour to get to her suite. It was well worth the drive and I will be scheduling more visits. Please check her out!!!!

Courtney is awesome overall! She has a beautiful spirit and lovely personality that is carried into her customer service. Her establishment is very clean and tranquil. She has a cute on-site store where you can purchase handmade, unique self-care items such as soaps and stubs. Her service is magnificent, I have chronic lower back issues and she was able to give me a specialized massage just after a brief consultation. The consultant felt like a conversation with a friend rather than a service provider. I’m a life long customer 😍😍😍

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I try to schedule a reservation for my lady, but no one would answer the phone. I have call this place about four or five times in one day. Their hours of operation keep changing every week from what is online to what they have on the front of their door. The people that work there is so unprofessional.
