Ashley is incredibly patient and always takes the time to really listen to what I want. She then offers her expert advice to ensure the best results. I’ve gone to Ashley for extensions, balayage, haircuts, and keratin treatments and have loved the results every time! Even when I went in not knowing what I wanted to do, she asked questions and we went through pictures for ideas until we found something I loved. Her prices are also very reasonable compared to other salons in the area. Overall, it’s always a great experience and I highly recommend!

Ashley with A. Carrol Salon is so talented! I have been going to her for years for my color treatments. She recently did a balayage on my hair, I cannot stop receiving compliments!! She has fair pricing and makes you feel comfortable in the chair. She is very knowledgeable in the science of hair color and will not do anything that will damage your hair. I highly recommend her!!!

Avoid! I bet she deletes bad reviews. She started in the back and cut about 6-7 inches of my hair without asking or double checking or showing me where she was about to cut and never apologized when I sat there shocked. I had no intention of cutting my hair short. As a first time client, she should’ve asked before cutting length off especially that much! Looking back at her website pics she gave me the one cut she knows how to do. It explains why she didn’t listen when I asked for long layers or ask me follow up questions to be sure we were on the same page. You get the one cut she knows and it’s a choppy dry cut. I’ll never go back and I’ll make the drive to Houston for professional hair stylists.

I absolutely love Ashley. She’s personable, her salon is cute, and she’s fantastic with cut and color! Took me from red to very blond in one session! I highly recommend and now have several friends and family going to her as well. 10 out of 5!

I went to Ashley with A Carrol Salon today for the first time, and she did not disappoint! As soon as you meet her, she makes you feel welcome. The highlights she did on my hair look completely natural, and are exactly what I wanted. She didn’t take too much off while trimming my hair as I’m trying to keep it long, and she was even able to wax my eyebrows! I was completely satisfied, and I definitely recommend her!
