Unfortunately, the hairdresser my son and I had was completely inept in cutting men's hair. She didn't know what she was doing. Did not clean neck lines. My son's hair was an inch + shorter on one side. Very disappointed. Two stars for being nice people.

Anastasha is literally the best! Blonde, brunette, red head.. she can make it happen! She did a color correction on me with highlights/low lights and a shadow root and it came out beautiful! The blend is EVERYTHING.

After relocating back here, I scheduled an appt with Laurie at my mom’s recommendation who has seen her for her brilliance for the last 20ish years. So what shall I say? Laurie has wisdom that does not conform to “new age” processes within the industry for the sake of conforming. Which makes her more of an artist than any other stylist and professional I have been to. Why? -her preference is to not use toner and instead lift and deposit the color exactly how it should be without toner. IMO this is the more tenacious path and is better for our hair: -touching up highlights? In lieu of bleaching sections root-tip she carefully finds her last work and only processes the growth areas. - cuts? In lieu of cutting hair symmetrically and “by the book” she designs hair based upon how her clients traditionally style their hair. IMO. Laurie has artistry that can’t be “taught” and is just authentically a biproduct of who she is. Thank you Laurie.

I've had Laurie Goode as my cut & highlights hairstylist for at least 18 years. I have extremely fine and thin hair...like a child's. Laurie does an excellent job, uses quality products on my hair, and is a great conversationalist. I highly recommend her.

I have short, curly hair (slight curls). Not only was my hair done UN-evenly, like she had no clue how to cut it, but it looked terrible. My goat-tee was to be trimmed and was not even and hairs were all over my lips. Been there a couple times, my wife has had her too. she just doesn't know how to do curly hair or short hair. We will not be back for lousy cuts that we're paying full price for. Not to mention, she's always talking with the customers while people are waiting almost 20 -30 minutes for their appointment. And the customers are usually done talking, but she keeps going. Just inexperienced and UN-professional. I only see one good mention of her on here. The rest are for the other hair dressers who do a good job.

Incredibly unprofessional! I booked a haircut & blow out. I have wavy to slightly curly hair. The hair stylist straight out told me she was unable to blow dry & style my hair because she did not know how to. Literally told me to go home and use my Dyson Airwrap (which I did). I left the salon looking like this after a ‘professional’ blowout. I was still charged full price. Avoid at all cost.

Felicia did EXACTLY what I asked and I couldn’t be happier with my cut and color!! This salon is quaint and has a great location, and everyone is so friendly! If I wasn’t moving out of the state I would make this my permanent place!

Been going to Haleigh for 15 years! She always does an amazing job getting my blonde just right! She is well educated on what works best for reaching certain hair goals and going over that process with me in a way I understand!

Haleigh is my stylist. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She does great on color and always gives me the cut I want. I’ve been going to this salon since 2009, and tell everyone who asks me about my hair to go here.

I paid 190 dollars for a spiral perm at this salon. Worse choice ever. I didn't get a spiral perm I got hobo dreads. I'm devastated this was for a wedding. It's so bad I'm considering shaving my head. It's also a rip off, the price doubled by the time I got done.

I paid 190 dollars for my wife to get a spiral perm, and she came home looking like a homeless person with dreads. It barely curled, it's frizzy and snarled everyday. This was for a wedding and now she's devastated, had beautiful hair before this. I can't believe a salon has the nerve to let someone who doesn't know what they r doing give perms and then charge high end prices.

I started coming to a cut above when my barber/stylist Judy moved over there. She is a great barber and now works at a nice, clean salon. Thanks a cut above! You got a great lady when you hired Judy and I highly recommend for men's cuts.
