Nurse Jamie is the best! This was my first time getting Botox in over a year and she was very informative and helpful about her recommendations. She treated my forehead, crows feet, and jaw with Botox and I love the results.

I had an appointment at 5 pm with Jaime for Botox. Immediately, she started telling me how much I need which was 69 units in my forehead and around my eyes. I explained to her that I’m sensitive and don’t require that much. She said, if I don’t do it then she’s not going to treat me and she started degrading where I’ve had Botox in the past by saying it was diluted. I said lets talk about doses. I’ve never had more than 5 units in my glabellar. She slipped up and said, I’m not making $50 bucks and then stumbled all over herself trying to correct what she just said. I explained that I wanted more than that muscle but I don’t require as much as she’s recommending and I asked why can’t I have the amount that works for me? She stated, you are a walking billboard for me and you either do it my way or not at all and I’m not going to treat you today. I said, wow, this is weird and stood up out of my chair and wished her a good evening and merry Christmas. My appointment was at 5 pm and she canceled my appointment at 5:01 pm. She’s very unprofessional, rude and I recommend she listen to her patients before she causes harm. I’ve never in 14 years have I ever had that much Botox. I am a RN and believe treatment should be conservative and believe in the practice that you can always add more in a few weeks but you can’t take it away once it’s done. I’ve had Botox in several amazing offices including Dr. Mike Shin in Hanford, Dr. Mark Chin in Fresno, Belissima in Bakersfield and have had beautiful results everytime. And none of these offices, including the board certified plastic surgeon, Dr Chin have they ever recommended this much Botox. This is the only time I’ve ever been treated with the utmost disrespect and unprofessionalism. In retrospect, I dodged a bullet. Nurses should NEVER administer more medication than necessary.

I've known both of these ladies for a long time. Neither would tell any of their clients to "do what I say, or leave." I know for a fact that they keep up on the latest trainings and only suggest what a client needs. They're not only professionals in this line of work, but in their nursing profession as well. They have my full trust.

I’ve known Jamie for about 23 years when we were in high school I always noticed how bright she was. I had a math class with her and I was the one going to her for help. She really cared about her work and I would notice how thorough she always was. But it didn’t stop there. It was with everything she did! We were on the cheer team together and she always put in 100 percent. Even when most of us were messing around. She was someone to look up to. So as expected it continued on with her adult life at becoming a Nurse. And then becoming a manager of a nursing home. When I heard she was opening Adose Of Beauty I absolutely knew I could rely on her and would never be hesitant or question her knowledge in this line of work for she already gained my trust in every aspect I’ve witnessed since meeting her. If this review sounds corny I’m going to be sad because I couldn’t be anymore genuine with this review and I’m not even the type to leave reviews 😆. I’d trust Jamie with something simple as math homework to my grandmother’s life and my face card ! She’s the smartest most passionate girl I know! Xoxox

Jamie is the best! I saw Jamie for lip filler as well as a lip flip. I was, and still am, extremely pleased with my results. She takes into consideration what is the best for the person she is treating and will not recommend anything more or less than what her patients need. I appreciated this as she was making sure throughout my whole filler appointment that she was not overfilling my lips. I will be going back to Jamie for future services. She has a passion for what she does and it shows in her work.

Jamie is very professional and knowledgeable, she strives for perfection and that’s exactly what you want when it comes to your injector. Some people will just take your money and give you whatever you want , NOT Jamie, she will only recommend the best and what is needed for your best results. I would highly recommend her.

I went to the Bakersfield location for Botox in my forehead to help with migraines. The appointment was very quick, zero wait time. It has really helped the tension in my forehead. Ashley was very nice and made me feel comfortable despite being nervous. Thank you, A Dose Of Beauty.
