First time coming to this place. It was excellent. I loved the environment. The massage therapists were wonderful, the music peaceful. Just one thing.... I had the couple package and the room was a bit to small, you can here the bumping around to get the massage done for me and my friend.

The CBD oil massage was good, he helped the areas where my pain was the most intense. But that tip at the end was pretty forceful, he would not give me my money and took ten dollars on his own, but I promise I won't ever go again. Tips are left up to the patrons not the owners of the business. Smh

Massage was fine but entirely too pushy about tip. Honestly a turn off in customer service. I paid the amount for my massage, which was $100, but the receptionist kept pointing to the tip portion of the receipt and the SUGGESTED tip chart on the counter. I was going to tip regardless, but I ended up tipping way less than I intended because of the pushiness. You are not entitled to anyone’s wallet. If you want to receive more money for a service, you need to charge more or have the tips built in to the price. It is unacceptable to hound customers about tips. This interaction left a horrible taste in my mouth, so I will not be returning!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is racist and money hungry. I should have left when I first got there. It sounded like they were calling us the n word when we first got there when he was trying to explain to the other therapist what we wanted, but since I don’t know their language and was thinking like I know he wouldn’t just say that right in our face, I let it slide. The guy literally kept massaging my bones and it was very painful. The worst part was the receptionist was extremely pushy about a tip. I was not satisfied with my service and I was still choosing to tip. She kept trying to force me to pay more, even called someone from the back to force me to pay more. The lady literally was laughing in my face like I was a joke. She was looking at the tip money in disgust, picking up the money and dropping it on the counter. I can’t believe I really just experienced that. They are horrible!!!

Use to come here all the time. Service has definitely went downhill. Did a couples massage yesterday for my boyfriend’s birthday. It was the worst massage I had in my life. Any licensed therapist KNOWS not to massage on the bone, that’s common sense. They both were kneading their elbows on our bones. I constantly moved my body, & tensed up & he continued to press down on my bones. Neither therapist was accommodating to our body or even asked was the pressure alright. The massage was so bad, I have to book another massage to recover from that. I will not be back!!

Just a great 90 minute massage. Not a bunch of stopping or talking on the phone like others have done. You pay when you get done and there is absolutely no pressure to tip. With all that she got a tip for doing a great job. I am sorry I didnt catch here name.

I spend 12 hrs a day hunched over a computer, and for once found a place that does a very good deep tissue massage. HOWEVER, a person goes in to relax, the place, the rooms, the sheets(toss away) all need a cleanup. It is odorous and not nice to be in. Secondly, the forceful 20+% tip is ridiculous! That brought the massage way too expensive!! I will not return and recommend others to avoid this and ALL “Great Massage” locations!

WARNING: Got a massage here and the masseuse literally held on to my card and wouldn’t let it go because I didn’t leave a $10 tip. She laughed in my face, pulled out her other receipts from other clients and showed me where they all paid $10. I was there because my husband booked for my birthday and paid in advance so I didn’t have a card to pay more than the cash I had on me, which was $5. I asked to speak to a manager because she literally would NOT let go of my bank card. She didn’t get a manager, she kept pointing at the SUGGESTED TIP SIGN while laughing. LAUGHING in my face like it was a joke. I was literally in a tug of war with this lady to get my bank card back! This went on about 8 minutes. I had to snatch my card from this lady’s hand! I should have called the police. I see by the other reviews that this behavior is normal,Unprofessional and could lead to a physical altercation. I left highly upset when I should have left feeling calm and rejuvenated. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
