It was not until moving to Queens did I realize how great I had it with this salon. Not only are the prices more reasonable but the hair wash here is to die for. They say wash but there's a good amount of head massage mixed into there too. In Queens, the hair wash is you sitting on a chair or in rare occasions lying down then your hair is rinsed and that's it.

This Hair Salon is wonderful. I came to this salon wanting to get highlights for my hair and this is my first time here.Shirley, the owner is considerate, down to earth and ethical business owner (based on my observations and sense in this one single salon visit). She supervised and paid attention when her staff is working on my hair and states that she wants customer’s hair to be healthy as that will ensure a good long term outcome. I really appreciate that and feel safe under the care of her and her capable staff. The price this salon charges is reasonable and affordable too. Attached is a picture of how my hair turned out. I love it. Highly recommend this place!

I had a great experience before. I had gotten a haircut, styled and my hair dyed. This time, I had the same 3 things done but after 3 days in, I noticed that I still had a small streak of gray on both sides of the front of my hair. After 5 days, my roots were showing. Mind you, I last got all this done, after losing my husband and wanting to do my hair for his memorial. So, when I was asked by someone, "why don't you go back, to let them know"? I've been through a lot, this past 2 months and going to complain, about something that was only going to frustrate and upset me more, especially, if they didn't fix the issue, wasn't something that I could have dealt with. They seem like the type, that would argue, that they did things right. Apart from the fact that, they do not tell you, how much it's all going to cost (I accept the fact that I didn't ask this time around) being that I was grieving and had other things that were (to me) more important, like my husband's memorial. AI can't stress it enough "Ask how much it is, that you're going to be paying, up front". Although that doesn't excuse them, leaving 1 gray streak of my hair, on each front side, (left and right) without dye. I just won't go there anymore. For charging $100 plus me leaving a tip, for all 3 things done, I shouldn't have ANY complaints.

I found the salon on Google and was do grateful. The wash was amazing. Scalp and shoulder massage was needed. I had my hair straightened at it looks great. In and out in less than an hr. Definitely will go back!

I went in for a wash and then while blow drying the lady saw that my earring dropped out and then we started looking for it. While we were looking for it I shared I have an important meeting coming up soon. But then she said oh you don’t need it. I did not finish my hair and she made me pay the full amount when I host my expensive ear ring and my hair was not properly done

Scum bags!!! It's been about 4 months since my friends hair was fried at this salon!!! The past 4 months have been a nightmare and caused severe distress having to apply hair oils and treatments daily in hopes to save the hair !!! Endless strands and pieces that were irreversibly killed had to be cut off. She's still struggling with irregular hair and doesn't want to revert to completely getting a boys cut! Should have sued this place!! Stay away!!!!! Hope karma gets you!!

They did a really nice job fixing the botched cut I got from a neighboring salon nearby. Friendly gals and the head message during the shampoo is restorative. Reasonable prices too. I’ll definitely be back.

I've been coming here for almost a decade, and they never disappoint me. I'm always happy with my hair cut (never too short, exactly the way I requested) and coloring. Ben and the ladies does a fantastic job! High quality, friendly services at great prices. I high recommend them!

It was great, Shirley was off today. But, the other girl there did my hair & it came out great. Was very satisfied, even the girl that washed my hair was great. The head, neck & shoulder massage while she washed & conditioned my hair was just what I needed, very relaxing 😌❤️💕
