Cocodoesmyhair)suite 25 was the worst experience. I showed up at 11:25 my appointment was at 11:30 she was still doing a clients hair so I waited by 11:50 I asked her how long would she be her response WAS WHY DO YOU HAVE SOME WHERE TO BE ... I was shocked she was talking me like that so I told her no im just asking I was going to step outside for a smoke break when I stepped outside I feel so uncomfortable how she was handling me that I asked her for my deposit back Plus it was now 12 o’clock and she still was doing hair she responded telling me no and she started yelling and telling me she don’t do business like this but honestly she was not professional for how she was talking to me even if she felt like she needed me to wait a little bit while she do her clients hair. She could’ve still calIed apologizing for the wait saying I would still like for you to get your hair done but she didn’t she counting yelling so hung up she never talk to me that kind at all this lady was very hostileI just wanted to treat myself instead I Left her shop crying and wondering what did I do to her to make her so angry and all I wanted to do is pay her 200 dollar and leave beautiful Regardless if people have a good business and do good hair if you don’t have good customer service or don’t no how to treat ppl eventually your business won’t last and you shouldn’t bring your anger or your bitterness onto your customers just because you having a bad day I was sad to

I drove from Balch Springs to Addison to get my hair cut, shampoo & styled. First off the picture on her website is very deceiving and catfish because those are not hairstyles she has done. I asked for a specific haircut and Wendy tells me if my hair can take it. Thats so unprofessional. I came to the salon with my headband wig on so she never seen the texture of length of my hair. I specifically told her I have plenty of hair under this wig ma'am. I wanted the betty boop short style. This lady done cut all my hair off my head uneven.. not even similar to what I showed her on the picture. My family and I were suppose to take pictures and now my hair is destroyed. I cried and cried until I gotten a headache. I will never forget this! I am so upset about the service I received on today. I wasted 4 hours of my time sitting at the Salon Boutique just to get my hair destroyed. She put brown gel/foam on my hair and it was hard as a brick. She even told me well we gone have to make this work.. basically saying I have to accept anything. She did what she wanted to do with my hair. She got upset because I told her that my hair was not the way I asked. She destroyed a very important day! My hair is ruined 😢😢.. I will post pictures below!! What I asked for vs what I got. This lady ruined my beautiful hair Update: Before I left I asked Wendy what do I owe her for the work she thought she had done. She told me nothing. I immediately left. The next morning I receive a text message from Wendy asking to Zelle her $145 for the services she provided. At this point im like are you serious? $145!! For your services? You did nothing but destroy my hair. I went to another salon and she saved my life. She transformed me and fixed the mistakes Wendy made.

I was having a day where I went a distance to get my hair done and the hair stylist did not show up. I reached out to Wendy for an appointment, hoping she could squeeze me in the same day, she made time for me, I was soooooo grateful she made time for me not to say I had an appointment @4pm. I had a 360 front lace wig installed…Ya’ll when I say Mrs Wendy did my install she did the best of all the hair stylist that are younger than her!!! And got me out just in time for my next appointment!!!! Wendy once again I can’t thank you enough for being kind and professional!!

Ms. Wendy demonstrated exceptional patience and skill while handling my hair. This salon has become a favorite of mine. Wendy did an amazing job on my hair. I have long thick 4c hair, and I felt very comfortable in her chair. She made sure to take her time and my hair came out amazing. It feels soft and defined. This is the best my hair has felt in a long time. I definitely recommend!

There is 1 great stylist left in Dallas! It is Ms. Wendy. I have been a client for several years and Ms. Wendy is hands down one of the most gifted in the industry. The products she uses have always kept my hair healthy and she truly cares about your hair. She doesn’t cut corners in anything she does and gives you exactly what you ask for. The salon is clean and comforting and she has a very warm and nurturing personality. This post would be far too long if I write about all my years of being a client with her but I have never been disappointed and am always confident in how my hair looks everyday.

After several bad experiences over the years I was nervous about getting my hair fixed. I decided to try something else so I did a walk in at Head of salon and since then it’s been the best choice I have ever made. Wendy took her time to listen to what I wanted and seemed to understand my vision. All the products that were used during my visit were explained to me with reasons as to why they had been chosen, I even walked away with a purchase! I interviewed several hair stylist before my consultation at A head of Hair Salon. It was the best pick from what I had seen in the city. It's never over booked. My hair always looks great, soft, and healthy. The atmosphere is comfortable, clean, up to date, and safe. I have not been to another salon in 12 years but A Head of Hair Salon.

I drove from Killeen to Addison (which is 2.5 hours away) to get my hair done. My appointment was at 10:30 but I arrived at 10. She was late but I disregarded it since I had already drove almost 3 hrs. I came in for a CUT and style with a picture because I really just wanted my front cut a certain way. She started talking about the back and I continued to tell her to not worry about the back just the front. After going back and forth with her she finally started. She cut my back and sides extremely short. I asked her how I was supposed to curl it and she said that the hairstyle wasn't curled. Mind you the FRONT which was all I wanted was in fact curled. So I was naturally upset. She then went to wash and mold my hair since it was too short to curl. She then proceeded to style it which took forever because my hair wouldn't curl. She continued to play in it and blame my hair type for it not curling. After 30 minutes of playing she was done. Then charged me for the cut and the wash. I never asked for a wash. My hair was washed when I arrived. She basically charged me for a service she did to correct her mistske. I'm pissed because not only did I waste $100 to get my hair done, I can't even wear it because it is so bad. I had to buy extensions and do my own hair. I am completely unsatisfied but if you choose to go here please be so specific that even Varney would understand. I guess the people who went to a salon to get there hair done have to know more about hair than the stylist nowadays.

Wendy's a miracle worker - love her! She handles hair really well, knows when to recommend a trim and conditioning and is very kind and friendly. She has a lot of customers over the weekends so she does tend to get backed up a little, but the service is well worth the wait!

I really enjoyed the service at A Head of Hair Salon. It's a small shop but the staff is very friendly and provided spectacular service. I came to have my extensions removed and hair straightened. I was anxious about having my extensions removed because I've heard how meticulous the person removing them has to be as to treat your hair with care and minimize breakage. My stylist was a complete professional. I didn't have any breakage or hair loss from the process and will definitely return for my next extensions removal.
