I love the natural approach to healing. Personally, I have benefited greatly from the Q.E.S.T. Therapeutic approach. There used to be something to be said about our body’s natural energies and ability to heal itself. I appreciated the expertise in natural healing therapies.

I owe an amazing amount of gratitude and loyalty to Laurie who does my quantum energetics. Im also super fortunate to have found A Holisitc Approach in the first place. We spend so much time, money and energy looking for answers to things that we need to correct (emotionally, physically and spiritually) so we can feel whole and balanced again and western medicine and even a lot of so called wellness clinics do not produce results and relief. Laurie is one of the most amazing people I have ever met who knows exactly what she's doing with precision. I saw her for a serious issue of being dizzy (among other things) which is horribly concerning and the next day I was thrilled to wake up NORMAL again thanks to her knowledge, skills and ability. I cant wait to come back and stay on the path of healing and just keep giving my body some extraordinary attention at a higher level than just diet and exercise. This is a great place for anyone to start no matter whats going on with your body, mind or spirit as clearly it is not isolated only to physical ailments etc .... It's a path of discovery which leads to answers and for myself personally, much needed solutions. I literally left with tears of joy yesterday and I think we all know how that feels. Thank you so very much!

Karen is one of the BEST Massage Therapists I’ve ever been to. She has the perfect balance of deep therapeutic work, along with a caring and nurturing presence. I always feel soooooo much better after she has worked on me. I’m a Massage Therapist myself so I know good work! The AHA facility is clean and beautiful and Lynn at the front desk so helpful. I highly recommend!

Dr. Murdoch is fantastic! He is very knowledgeable and he washes his hands 🤗. He educates you. He assesses you thoroughly. My family and I feel confident and SAFE with his treatments and recommendations. His office is so Zen! Wonderful doctor.

So far, I have been here one time. I do plan to go back and will change my rating accordingly once I do. I initially went for the infrared sauna. They have one of the best prices around at $25 a session. I was disappointed that the sauna was not pre heated (although they did let me stay past the time) and the lights on the sauna were not working (those have so many health benefits). If they fix the lights I’ll be there multiple times a week for that alone. But this place has so much other stuff to offer I’m excited to try. I can’t wait to try the lymphatic massage, the craniosacral therapy, and thermography. Also, if you’re sick and tired of going to the doctors and not making any progress, or just being fed medicine that simply puts a bandaid on the real issues, go see their functional medicine specialist to get the real root cause of your problems…because there is one!

This place by FAR is BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS THAT I HAVE EVER, in my ENTIRE LIFETIME of therapy, counseling and the like… I actually HEALED in NO TIME FLAT…from the then very disturbing events (when my Trauma was current…at the time)… I had seen two OTHER therapists right before meeting Dorothy Rodwell that were SO DISTURBED by what I was telling them what happened and they literally just said “I’m going on vacation…” and they NEVER answered ANYMORE OF MY CALLS…. So then I Called and I met the most beautiful amazing wonderful people in that building… I walked IN hysterically crying sobbing so hard that I couldn’t catch my breath… By the time I left, I literally felt like I took some kind of “Calming Med” except… I didn’t… Dorothy removed ALL DOUBT and apprehensive thoughts from my mind and put me at an ease that I don’t think I ever felt before with any other therapist… And I’ve been going to therapy pretty much my whole entire life… Everyone who suffers greatly from PTSD or any kind of mental disturbance and their “psychiatrist” has them on so many meds that they are literally just a shell of who they once were,and would like to return to their normal self WITHOUT HAVING A BRAIN FOGGED LIFE… I suggest very strongly that you visit the center… At the Center, you will find YOUR CENTER AGAIN… And you will be surrounded by REAL PEOPLE THAT REALLY DO CARE about each and every individual that walks through their doors and are not just about your insurance company payout and MOST IMPORTANTLY?? They teach you HOW TO HEAL YOUR HURT without ANY PSYCH MEDS… What. So. Ever… Love Me Some Center Of A Holistic approach… It definitely teaches you how to “Ahhh Haaa..” and will “wake up and learn to love yourself again…” Absolutely 110%…

Nika can work miracles to rid you of pain! I highly recommend her. I was in an auto accident a couple of years ago. After trying an Orthopedic Surgeon, getting x-rays and a MRI, all he had to offer was pain meds. Nika keeps my shoulder and knee pain in check through acupuncture as well as joint manipulation unlike any chiropractor. If you have any type of muscle or joint pain, try her. You will be happy you did. Gary

We were kicked out of our pediatricians office because we refused to take the vaxxx and force the CDC vaxxx schedule on our children. At first, we were not really sure what to expect, especially with a newborn as the patient. Let me tell you are expectations were not only met, but far exceeded. The doctor and his assistant were absolutely fantastic. They gave our son a thorough examination and taught us some things along the way that we didnt even know, even after our third child. On top of the high level of professionalism, the doctor was also extremely kind and was the independent thinker you want when relying on professional medical application of real science. We are excited to bring our other son in to make sure he has a real doctor making sure he is progressing and growing properly. Highly recommend!

Was travelling to Fort Myers for the holidays and wanted to keep up with my infrared sauna schedule. Found online that AHA A Holistic Approach Center had an infrared sauna and it was so easy and convenient to schedule multiple appointments before I arrived. Lynn and Cindy went above and beyond customer care to accommodate my schedule. Place has a great atmosphere and is very warm and inviting! Highly recommended and will use again on next visit!👍

We recently made an appointment to try the infrared sauna. We are so glad that we did because it was so relaxing and really helped with our aching joints! They have a great special for couples which we highly recommend. The staff is incredibly friendly and very accommodating. We really felt at home and enjoyed our visit.

Erins yoga class is such a step up from the other studios in our area. Her hands-on approach makes it impossible NOT to learn something from her. She's very charismatic too, which makes the experience all the more enjoyable. AHA offers lots of other services too! Even light therapy!

This place is just lovely !! I am so happy that I found a place that practices alternative methods of therapy. I will recommend AHA A Holistic Approach to anyone who is tired of traditional healing. Everyone there is very nice and makes you feel at home!
