Great service. Friendly, happy and they always remember you! Very clean and does not have that heavy acrylic nail smell that so many places have. Great place for nails AND hair!

During my pedicure the individual doing my nails dug under the nail bed and cut me. I had to say ouch numerous times and pull my foot away. Another technician came over and I asked for antiseptic to clean up the wound. She was putting it on another area of the cuticle and not the immediate area. When I said to her here is the cut she rolled her eyes at me. I will never return. If I could give no stars I would. I pray I don’t get an infection. I had to request who I believe to be the owner finish my service.

Jill is hands down the BEST BLOWOUT in PHILLY. I have tape in extensions & come to see her weekly - I swear my routine with her makes my extensions last long, my washes last longer & my hair just basically has a life cycle that means less heat, products etc at home. My blowouts literally look like they’re for glamour or vogue & it’s strictly because she is the blow out queen. I tell everyone I know to come here for blowouts period however if you don’t usually do blowouts & you have a special event loading or something THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO SCHEDULE HER FOR HAIR BC SHE IS THAAAAAT GIRLLLL. Also they’re wash bowl is comfortable af & they are very very affordable & they have gift cards soooo yea - A&J Salon is everything.

A & J Salon and the staff ate wonderful! Won’t go anywhere else! Jill always gets it right and does. my hair beautifully…any length and style!! Nails always perfect! Ada and hair wash with massage is amazing!! Both Jada and Jill are professional, friendly and make sure your happy when you leave One stop and leave fabulous! Love them! ♥️

I have tried this nail salon at 6x and will not be returning. On my last visit I went in for a pedicure and dip manicure. I already had dip on and the technician used a tool to pull it off and broke 2 of my nails. Before she was finished I was asked to pay because the cashier was leaving. No I did not go into my purse with unfinished nails! When she was finished she charged me $5 more saying bc I got a manicure! They try to push gel pedicures so they use cheap nail polish that doesn’t last long at all instead of name brands. Lastly, they need to learn how to properly apply products without making a mess on the cuticles.

They destroyed my nails. I had dip on and the lady removed it by aggressively filing it down to the point she was filing my nails. Then they did my nails with dip that was extremely thick and lumpy. Went back the next day to remove it and they attempted to fix it with a clear gel but my nails were already destroyed.

Perfect experience. Ada the best shampoo and dye girl and Jill the best hairdresser who could ask for anything more besides the prices, definitely great rates!
