Don’t go to this salon unless you want them to botch your hair or lie to you and tell you everything is fine and end up frying almost all your hair off. This salon should be shut down. Don’t be surprised if they get sued soon.

I have been going here for years. Juanita is the only one that I will allow to cut my hair. I love that she will listen to what I want and she styles my hair after my cut, it's all included in the price of the cut. Juanita is extremely friendly and knows what she is doing. My sister is also a repeat customer. We love it! The only downside is that she has so many clients and on some occassions it's a long wait. I've had color, cuts, and highlights on my hair and have always been happy with the service.

My first experience here was absolutely amazing. Best haircut I had ever gotten in my life I enjoyed the whole experience. I wanted to get my hair dyed silver ( I had medium brown hair) and I wanted to do it here. Bad idea. It took a total of 4 1/2 hours for her to leave me with yellow bleached hair and a blistered scalp. Everyone was extremely sweet but my hair is not even close to what I wanted. They weren’t prepared and she had to leave to buy product for my hair and she left bleach in my hair while she was gone. I was forced to pay 100$ for hair I’m trying to fix myself. I’m so sad my healthy pretty hair is a mess now.

They are excellent, I have frizzy curly hair, and salons always have trouble with it and getting color correct due to my hair always trying to pull brass from coloring and my hair is a difficult cut too, and they are excellent every time! Juanita does my hair, but every one there is great! I highly recommend this salon!❤

Walked in with beautiful hair came out with horrible hair 😢 it took me yrs to get my hair healthy & she destroyed it in a day!! Color cut and style 120 bucks plus 20 tip and sent me home with expensive gel that i was told was a leave in 😒 yea! Not! the bottle was blue and not clear in description (but she had special ordered it and had it delivered as i was getting color) so i figured it was a good product. I tend to maybe trust stylist to much ... A trim turned into short hair, hell i even have new made baby hairs.👶all in my front area now overall will NEVER be back! Beware... She is a kind lady but skills are as good as me doing my own hair cut

I suggest you do not buy anything for this company off of Groupon there's so much in the fine print you will not be able to get any of your services. Anytime you try to change things or make sure that you can get somewhere or find out that there's another thing in the fine print the lady just says I understand have a blessed day worst phone etiquette I've ever heard. And the stipulations are so steep that you will never be able to get your massage or if you do get your massage it's so far out that you forget about it. I'll let the lady know today that I would not be able to make it otherwise she would receive the flu she told me I'd have to pay a cancellation fee Worst experience I've ever had in my life I suggest that if you need a massage go to Azle massage therapy off of Florence they'll give you a massage for an hour and a half for 60 bucks have a blessed day.
