Omar is an incredible hair stylist. I am a Male that has had both short and long hair and he has done a magnificent job on both. He pays close attention to detail. This is a follow up to my last post. I always make an appointment for a haircut, however; about 6 months ago I had the first appointment at 10. Some customers walked in after me and Omar told me if I would not mind waiting. It took an hour and a half of waiting. Mind you my haircuts are quick and only take 15 minutes because I don't even get a hair wash. I let it go. In March again I had made the first appointment at 10. Once again I sat down and waited about 10 minutes when these customers showed up. Again Omar asked me to wait and I asked him about how long? He told me about 2 hours. I stood up and left. After being a customer for years the least they could have done was notify me. I don't have time to travel for a haircut and wait 2 hours to get one. Very inconsiderate and disrespecful. And a man's haircut is $40 without a wash.

A la mode salón beauty un excelente salón me siento en casa es un lugar súper divino para el disfrute un lugar donde verdaderamente me relajo sus instalaciones son un lujo en cuanto al Personal están bien capacitado excelente trato en cuanto los estilista sus Manicuritas al igual que con la dueña de la peluquería es una 100 % recomendado en la ciudad de Miami Florida Agradecido con el servicio que dan a sus clientes

Considero que el peluquero Eduardo tiene falta de ética y profesionalismo, soy de los que opino que él debería realizar una capacitación de como tratar a los clientes, el cree saber de profesión y estilo, y es de lo que carece. El salón sería mucho mejor si ese señor no estuviera ahí. Pd: fui un cliente de ese salon

No vayan a este lugar el señor de la primera silla ni siquiera pregunté el nombre es de pelo amarillo pintado, venezolano, me hizo una keratina o alisado sencillo y con la plancha me quemó el borde de la frente y todo el cuero cabelludo a pesar que la plancha era pequeña, no había mucha luz para una buena visión, pocos profesionales, además el señor me hizo una herida y Él tenía un grano en la cara que le brotaba la sangre, pero no sabía que me había herido 🤕 entonces me haré una prueba de Vih para percatar (Dios me libre que no) y por favor más pendiente con ¡Sus empleados! Que no hablan inglés, tampoco licencia porque no conocen nada sobre bioseguridad que dan en cualquier tipo de curso. //////////////////// Do not go to this place, the man in the first chair did not even ask his name, he has painted yellow hair, Venezuelan, he gave me a keratin treatment and with the iron he burned the edge of my forehead and the entire scalp, despite the fact that the iron was small, there was not much light for a good vision, few professionals, also the man made me a wound and he had a pimple on his face that spurted blood, but I did not know that he had hurt me 🤕 so I will take an HIV test to find out (God forbid I didn't ) and please keep an eye on your employees! Trabajadores excelentes. Hay una chica rubia de cabello corto que arregla los pies muy pero muy bien y hay un chico llamado Eduardo que tiene manos mágicas mi cabello a crecido muchísimo desde que me lo estoy cortando con el. Recomiendo mucho este lugar
