Surprised to see that these reviews are not very good. I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and have never experienced any issues. Everyone has always been kind and efficient. My nails always look great and last a very long time. I highly recommend! (I get gel polish on my natural nails every time. Mani and pedi.)

I found this nail salon last year on the way to the airport. Tried a salon 5 minutes from my house but was a total disaster. Came in here today for an ombre fill and pedicure. Jose was awesome and very pleasant! Made my nails look beautiful and matched the color perfectly from the service I had in Michigan. Awesome pedicure and took his time. Will definitely drive the 50 minutes here next time for another fill and pedicure. Also, when I called to make an appointment, Lilly was very pleasant and accommodating in the phone. Definitely recommend this salon. Reasonably priced too.

My name is Brandie. I have been to Annie twice now for fills and polish change on toes and once to the gentlemen for fill not sure his name. I gave this salon a solid chance. I was there exactly one week ago for a fill and today the nails started lifting off. You can clearly see they all lifted not broken lifted! I live in the communities right next to their salon and wanted to give a solid chance hoping that this would be my go to salon. I unfortunately will not return. Hopefully, they will educate and train the employees on proper techniques.

Mani pedi and eyebrows seems easy - NOT AT ALL , the nails on my right hand were cut way shorter than the left hand after getting a filling so there was no coming back from that disaster . They painted more on my FINGERS than on my actual nails, there is a nail on my right hand that is so thick, as if they piled all the acrylic on one spot. There are visible bubbles in my gel polish (YUCK) I am yet to figure out how the hell they shaped my toe nails like that . This looks horrible … and the price that I was charged for this is just as scary. I know you have to give a business a try before u can actually give up on them - I HAVE given them a few tries THEY FAIL EVERY TIME ! I am not trying this nail salon again ! I am unsatisfied with the end result . Oh I forgot the most important part , I also got my eyebrows done , when the tech was done I looked in the mirror and I was puzzled . The eyebrows that she was supposed to clean up …I had to CLEAN UP AT HOME ! The experience at this location was FAR FROM GREAT !

Worst salon to go to, I got my eyebrows waxed here and they left 3rd degree burns and also up charged me for them. When I went back in to tell them about it they insisted it was my skins fault and that it wasn’t the waxing gel that burned my skin. I’ve been there multiple times and have got them done and this has never happened before so I know it wasn’t my skin type it was a lady who usually doesn’t do eyebrows who burned them and never gave me a refund. Wouldn’t recommend going here.

Terrible experience with nail tech Tom, I asked for French Tip Acrylic for my engagement pictures, They let me go like that picture below, his smile lines were crooked, the acrylic on the back of the nail bed was thin and not covering the nail beds on the sides. The white part of the nail was fatter, even after he drilled them & hand filed them. Tom got frustrated with me for simply just asking him to fix my smile lines at least that. He attempted to fix the smile lines with white gelish, after drying them under the light, you could clearly see the difference between the acrylic & gelish, it looked terrible & not blended at all, it looked like a child did them. Tom ended up clipping the acrylic nails off & drilled them down unevenly, he stated someone else could help me, even after I asked for someone else to fix them there. They spoke in their language to each other & advised no. The picture above is how they let me go. I was at their salon from 11-1:30 because he was slow, and I had to go elsewhere to fix them. I didn’t get home till 3:30pm all because of his mistake. I recommend Angel nails in Palm beach Blvd. They fixed them beautifully in 30 min

Asked for a fill and 1 nail replaced. I decided while I was waiting to change my acrylic color. I told him as soon as I sat down that I wanted to change up my color. I showed him the color I chose in their color book. The gentleman started my nails. He was very gentle. When he got ready to apply new acrylic color, he saw it was darker than what I originally had. He said wrong color and I said no, this is what I wanted. When he realized that he had to remove more of my old acrylic... You could tell he immediately got agitated , and wasn't quite so gentle anymore. He grabbed my hand and kinda jerked my arm forward. Well, I figured out why.. He had a regular come in for an appointment with him.. I got asked to move to another nail tech to finish the job.. I tipped him 20.00 for his trouble. I also tipped the girl who finished my nails. He showed me what he thought of my patronage to the business. I've been there several times and have always been pleased, I won't be back !!! I'll go back to my old salon, I just have to drive farther.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The service they give isn't the greatest but on top of that when I paid my bill they added a 52 dollar tip without my permission I feel like tuning them in I'm pretty sure that's not legal so careful they steal.

Absolute worse nail salon I have ever been to! I called for a acrylic mani and pedi and they said yes in 1 hour 15 minutes. I show up exactly on time as I walk in two other ladies came in. I told them I had called and they said pick a color. I reminded them I wanted acrylic and they set me at the pedi chair. Ran scalding water in it and the other two ladies. They started on the other two and after 30 minutes I was still sitting there. They offered no apology as other stood around pretending to be busy! I will not be back!

Harry did a good job and under an hour on 5/4/23. Snow did a great job on 5/25/23 on a pedicure that she took her time on and dip nails. I originally wanted just a sparkly ring finger and the rest French tip but she accidentally did a couple nails in the the sparkle and it looked so pretty I left them! She did offer to fix it by the way, I just decided to leave them.

I brought him a picture and he understood the assignment. I got exactly what I asked for! Also, he's from the same town in Michigan as we are! I have found my new salon. I will neva go anywhere else!!

I went to this place Friday March 3 2023 my appointment is at 10 am They started my nails at 10:30.. The next day my nails is feeling off already.. I went back on Monday at 3/6/2023 .. The not give me a hard time to fix my nails. I travel for living…When I get to my next stop Vero Beach Florida.. Same thing happened all the gel coming off.. I think some off their gel polish is expired and they keep using them.. I been doing my nails for over 20 years this my first experience..

Loved it- Excellent service and had a genuine conversation with my manicurist! I was able to get a full set acrylic service upon walk in! The gentleman who did my nails was FAST but not in a HURRY.

NEVER AGAIN! Less than 1 week after getting my first fill on an ombré set - I have fungus on 2 nails! 3 other nails were loose- which was strange because I’ve used them in the past, with just a nail lift occasionally. Had to have all my nails removed at another salon.

Nail polish is old in this place nail chipped in two days on my toes with reg polish. I went on a Sunday and young man tried to rush me out without putting oil on my cuticle I will not be back!

So my nail tech of almost 7years moved away. Miss her most of all as a person second as my nail tech. I still talk to her. Now I had to find a new place😔 I went almost 2 months then I find a place, got a new set- won't go back(no name) don't wanna bash anyone. SOOO...here I am at A Nails for the first time at The Shoppes in the Veranda off Palm Beach Blvd. I sat with a young lady by the name of Snow and she was excellent.😁 Very friendly. The place was clean and welcoming. For sure going back🥰 Thank you Snow

The people who work there are very rude. Especially the male nail tech. I went in for a pedicure and she rushed right through it. When I asked her to go over a few areas she became angry and began talking to other employees in their language. And refused correct my concerns. Poor customer service

Love love love this place. My acrylic nails last a month with gel polish and can go like two months on the toes with gel polish. Pedicure seats are very comfy and clean facility. Very reasonably priced and nice staff. So happy I found A Nails.
