First time at this location and I am very pleased with the service I received. Tommy did an amazing job knew exactly what I wanted from a picture I showed him and the lady that did the polish change on my feet did a great job as well. Will definitely return!

If I could give them -5 stars I would! My daughter’s regular mail place was closed for a family emergency so I took her here to get her nails done for home coming! We will NEVER return not only where they rude but the quality is so bad! These nails where done less than a week ago.. done last week Thursday it’s only Wednesday today and she has had two lift off already! They are over priced and rude! VERY UNHAPPY

If I could leave zero stars I would! I sat here a hr and half was told to sit in the chair and then the lady Rose come tell me to let someone who was getting their feet done get there nails done and I go to the man when he finish someone else nails first off me and this lady both was waiting however she got her feet done and I just wanted a fill in. Just because she got out the chair doesn’t mean make me wait when I was already sitting in the chair waiting on her to finish someone eyebrows. Every time I come in here it’s always off and weird vibes I will never be returning today just did it for me that was HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL if the man was almost done the lady could’ve went to him why should I had to get up for her so I just left out after sitting all that time with no service because that’s just ridiculous

My first time coming here and left very satisfied! They did not have the color I was looking for but they used different color polishes to make it happen. The young lady took her time and paid attention to detail. I highly recommend, will definitely be coming back 😄

Tommy is rude and miserable. Both Jen’s are inconsistent and inconsiderate. The women doing feet are incompetent. Avoid place at all cost!

Went in based on their overall score. However, now that I've read some of the lower reviews, I see exactly why I should've read them first. I went in on 12/23 to get a gel Mani/Pedi. I haven't had one in a while, however I previously had them done on a consistent basis for years. An older gentleman did my nails, he was kind and courteous. Everything seemed fine. The woman who completed my toes, ignored my instructions on the color I wanted, however I thought she'd add glitter at a different step in the process. I was wrong. I didn't worry about it since I liked the color. It's the holiday season, so on top of the $75.00 that I paid, my husband tipped her $25.00. I had to come back on 12/30 to get the gel on my finger nails redone because it was already peeling off and getting caught in my hair. The two women spoke to each other, about my concerns, in their native language without addressing me. The woman only fixed the nails she deemed were peeling. When I told her my thumbs were also peeling, she said "no thumbs are fine" and didn't redo them. My thumbs are almost all the way peeled off today. Not even sure if it's worth going back in to get them half fixed again.

I am LIVID ! I came in just for a fill in on my overlay . That old man messed my nails UP ! I asked him why he kept digging the drill down into my nail when these are my REAL nails but he assured me he didn’t..I don’t even need a fill in yet and already that same nail is cracked in the middle and hurts and another nail is also cracked. I had acrylic all over my cuticles, I literally had to file all around my cuticles to get the misshapen acrylic off ! I even tipped him because it looked like a good job with the black nail polish I picked but he has RUINED my natural nails and I wish I NEVER came here !! 🤬🤬🤬

I don’t usually make reviews but I am very unhappy with my service. The employees were kind and nice enough but I specifically called and asked about removals. I asked if they did soak offs instead of force peeling the nail off. The guy I spoke with told me they do. I get there and the lady begins trying to peel them off and I TELL her I didn’t want that. And I tell her multiple times id like to soak them because that hurts and strips my nail off. She tells me no it doesn’t n that soaking takes a long time. Instead of asking me and giving me the option she just strips them off anyways. Damaging my nail and doing the complete opposite of what I wanted. I don’t appreciate that at All. I feel as if my requests were ignored and I was not put into consideration as a customer. If time / closing was an issue I would’ve appreciated her communicating that to me and giving ME that option. Letting me know that if I want them soaked off they wouldn’t have time today, but I can come back or just have them cut off. Not just do what she wants and I still have to pay for this. I don’t find this a bit acceptable. My first time here and I doubt I’ll come back if this is how customers are treated.

I've been going there for year. Today no one there know how to cut my toe nails. Had a nice young man to help me out. But was charged more I won't be going back. I felt the disrespect in their language. I paid the price and tipped who serviced me. But I will Never go back

I wouldn't even give it a one star but I had to to write this went in there showed the design he could not do the design he didn't ask for help they didn't try to help him and I paid $55 plus a $5 tip for something I could have done at home myself I heard good things about this place but I just haven't seen it yet The 1st 2 photos are of my nails that just got done the last photo is how my nails are supposed to look They look nothing like it

The owner does my nails ..got out very quickly...I get the gel nails. Mask are worned..not many people there. Friendly place.
