I had an appt today concerning Weightloss with Dr Webster. (I saw Dr Carter back in 2015 and had an excellent experience and treatment then. )I have went through menopause and had some new health issues that affect my weight gain so I have come back to see them. The whole staff today was attentive, kind, and professional . From checking in at the front desk, to the young lady that brought me back to the exam room, the visit with Dr Webster was very informative, to having my blood drawn with no discomfort by the nice lady in labs, to checking out! Thank you 😊 🙏🏻

I have been a hormone patient for three years. Both of the drs are knowledgeable but they are not actively involved in the oversight of my care. The drs say one thing and then leave it to the staff who implement something different and you can’t get an answer form the drs unless you pay to see them again despite the dr telling you that they will contact you. As convenient as they are, I am relocating to another office.

I have been getting pellets with them for over 4 years. The doctors and their assistants are great. The front desk is another story. The don’t return phone calls, leave you on hold for over 30 minutes, lost my referral and then cancelled my appointment before calling me, showed up two different times on their request for an interview and then told the interviewer wasn’t there or was too busy. I’ve been billed and sent to collections for co-pay’s that I’ve already paid, when I call to inquire about them I’m told not to worry or they’re not sure why and they’ll call me back, which they never do. The front office needs some serious help and yet they do nothing. They are losing business. I’m looking to move my business to another clinic. It’s sad and they need to fix it.

I receive pellets from this place and this is my 2nd set (5th month). They draw labs WAY BEFORE PELLET so the labs have changed by insertion. They don’t return messages. The hormone therapy isn’t working (hot flashes, hair falling out and crying all the time) so the pellet apparently doesn’t have correct mixes. I had went to another place and it was great. I will move back. I am sad they are very non existent with communication

The most disrespectful providers who with no regards to anyone's time. Staff is stressed out and uninformative and when asking for an update, was treated as if we were asking for a handout. So many other providers to be treated like we are waiting in the welfare line. AVOID!

Dr Webster and Dr Carter are amazing! Dr Webster truly saved my life. At 38 years old I was diagnosed with a genetic disorder all because she was invested in my health. I’m quite sure had she not suggested I get tested I wouldn’t be here. I love seeing either Dr, they both really care about their patients. The office is busy, but worth the wait and everyone is extremely nice.

I have been a patient here for about 4 months now, and I have received fantastic care. Even short staffed, Michelle Lange and Jennifer Hill have always treated me like I was a priority, and have both been incredibly professional. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been extremely happy with the care I have received from this office. Dr Webster and Michele Lange have always quickly responded to my questions and concerns. I have not had to wait long in the waiting room and I love the portal for communicating with them directly. They have always been quick, profession, and they listen to my concerns.

They explained everything in a way I could understand, are professional, and strive to make sure youre comfortable. The office staff can be very rude, and in my experience didn't know how to handle the insurance company, but overall I've had a positive experience.

The office receptionists are the reason I give it a one star rating, which are who you will deal with the majority of the time for appointments, records, and any logistical needs. They are not helpful. They are not polite. Save yourself the headache and go to another clinic.

Been going here for over 15 years. They have always been super professional and the Drs have been amazing. I used to see Dr Webster but I see Carter now. She’s very understanding and I NEVER feel rushed. If I didn’t feel like I was treated well I would not have been a patient for this long. Love the nurses here as well. Super sweet ❤️

I adore both Dr. Webster & Dr. Carter. If the staff at the front desk were tolerable it listened, I’d award 5 stars! But they aren’t and it only hurts the patients. I’ve often felt a bit battered. I can’t stress enough the love, care and knowledge put forth for patients. The lab worker who wears blue and her hair is short and black - I’ve forgotten her name. She is a fantastic phlebotomist Buth So yes- both docs are awesome! They truly let you say your issues, then both ladies look high and low for therapies to get you well again

I have been a long time patient of this practice and used to recommend it to everyone. Unfortunately it has gone completely downhill. They run labs and genetic testing without your consent. They don't explain the complex labs they run. Most importantly if you go here you will receive surprise bills and charges. And if you do need anything or have any questions good luck getting ahold of them by phone! Go at your own risk.
