I have been getting my eyelashes and eyebrows waxed and tinted here with Ashley for many years now! It’s such a relaxing and clean environment. Ashley, and all the other estheticians are always so sweet and welcoming! I have never had a bad service here and would totally recommend to anyone!

What a wonderful experience and staff! I treated myself and some family members to a facial and massage when visiting from out of town. The appointment was booked ahead of time - from start to finish excellent service and communication. The spa products used for both services were incredible and the staff was very professional and friendly. Amazing spa day experience. Can’t wait to come back!!!

I love this place! I got the glow package from Blake and she was wonderful! She got me in earlier than my appt time. The decor is lovely. They have a cute little coffee/tea bar for tou while u wait. Def recommend going here, you won't regret it.

The name of the place says it all, A New You!!! I felt like a brand new person after an amazing Hydraderm with Ashley and deep tissue massage with Sasha. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming, true professionals that truly love what they do!

We traveled to Lexington, Kentucky for a big extended family vacation. Our sister had a milestone birthday so we decided a spa day was in order!! I found A New You Spa online and worked with the staff to accommodate 9 of us with multiple services including a variety of massages and facials. We brought drinks and charcuterie boards and enjoyed our afternoon at the spa. The staff was beyond FABULOUS! We LOVED all of our treatments. The staff was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to explain some of the techniques to us!! We would definitely come back here if ever visiting Lexington again! If you live nearby, this should for sure be your SPA GO TO!!!🤩

I am submitting a five because I can't give a ten. I have had two massages and both have exceptional experiences. The location was convenient, and was easy to get to. The presentation of the location was exceptional. Alexis was really great, and I look forward to future visits for a long time. I can't say enough about it.

Today was my first visit and I was incredibly impressed! All the staff there are incredibly friendly and sweet. Sasha completed my massage and she was so sweet! I am 99.9% sure I fell asleep on the table. Ashley followed up with a super relaxing facial. She was also very kind and gentle. Overall, a great experience at a great price point. I will be back for more self care days 💗

I went here for the first time a few weeks ago when my husband surprised me with a facial and massage. I will say it was an amazing experience. I do not like crowds and often do not feel comfortable at large spas. This was just perfect. Ana and Sasha were amazing and I had one of the best facials I've had and the best massage. Sasha focused on the areas I wanted and it was an amazing experience. I am definitely looking forward to another experience at a later time.

A few days ago I went to wax my upper lip and nose, and something so simple seemed like quite an experience. The girl who treated me gave me a massage on my neck and hands. I have never been treated like this anywhere before! I recommend Ana, she is the best!

Like many people I work long hours during the week. The spa was a weekend treat before Keeneland, so I booked my services early (10am). GPS took me to the front of the condo plaza the spa is located in. I couldn’t find it, so I called the number. No answer. A nice lady pulled up (didn’t work at the spa) she pointed me to the office space - the door clearly said the front entrance was around the back, but we heard people talking, she said - someone will help you, so I went in the back. I sat at the waiting area for > 30 min. I could hear other client getting services, due to my tight schedule I was sure I’d have to cancel part of mine. Someone finally came in. After confirming my appt…she sort of demeaningly pointed to a sign…and said “it says spa. The spa is up here.). I obviously missed that coming in the wrong entrance. Anyway, I met Sasha for the deep tissue massage. I explained that my time was short and that I’d cancel the facial (my body and feet were excited about the massage-haha). She suggested that I cancel the foot and hand massage to make time for the facial. I told her the feet and hand massage were what I was looking forward to the most. As I was getting massage, I realize that someone may have come in on an off day to do the facial and an extra 30 to 40 minutes late for the track wouldn’t make that big of a deal, so I told Sasha if somebody had come in that I would have the facial too. The deep tissue massage was the best I’ve ever had. Sasha is fantastic. I told her during the massage that she is an artist because it was so good. I’ve been to a lot of spas, and I get massages at least once a month and this was one of the best. I would 1000% recommend coming in for an hour deep tissue Massage with Sasha. The 3/5 review- was more due to a poor first impression, being made feel like I was the problem, because I sat downstairs for 30 + minutes, as opposed to knowing where to go. There was no introduction to where any of the facilities were or where I was at. I had to ask for the restroom. The firming facial was mediocre. Most facials I’ve had are interactive, so, while one mask is processing, anesthetist is massaging or doing some other treatment. I basically laid flat in a room for an hour while chemicals processed with somebody else sitting there. My hands and feet were cold. It just wasn’t my cup of tea. I particularly remember unexpectedly having pain when she was removing the blackheads. There was no forewarning that she was going to do something that may hurt, so it unexpectedly did. The saddest part, they cancels my hand and foot massage. 🤦‍♀️😢. I was told i would get it if they had time, obviously they didn’t. I would definitely recommend going for the massage- & definitely get Sasha. Maybe early mornings just aren’t for good spa times, so book after noon. Also, there’s nothing to do, but sit in a room with other people while you wait for the next service, so maybe it’s best to book services on different dates as well or being magazines and warm socks!!!
