A New You Med Spa is a game changer!! The different types of treatments are fabulous and has changed my life in an amazing way. I absolutely love this place for so many reasons but first I want to say how great the customer service is!! Phyllis is Amazing she is the first person to greet you, she makes the environment sooo pleasant!! The treatments here are amazing!!! I would absolutely recommend this spa to anyone looking for a Luxury spa. I love coming here!!!

I am very happy to say that I would absolutely recommend this spa for treatments! I got the IPL series for my face and It took years of sun and weather damage off in no time at all, making me feel more confident that I have in a VERY long time. My technician made me feel very comfortable and homey - I would definitely recommend this spa!!

Ive been going to A New You med spa for about a year now. Overall, I really like the staff, the service they provide, and the prices for the service. However, if it is a glitzy, high-end, and somewhat pretentious med spa you are looking for, this spot is not for you. This is a small business that is run by authentic, kind, and generous women who have your best interest and happiness at heart. Have I ever had slow responses or difficulty getting a person on the phone when l’M available? Yes. Have I had a treatment that I felt didn’t work the way I thought it would? Yes. But I’ve also had those experiences at high-end establishments, along with terrible customer service because I’m not a fully primped socialite. I’m an average 50-something that really values the personal treatment I get at A New You. The kindness and authenticity of this place make the small inconveniences worth it. And…most of the services I have had have worked! I’m a dedicated customer😊

I’ve been using A New You Med Spa for almost a year and have been thrilled with the positive improvements I’ve experienced in such a short time. I appreciate the knowledgeable advice from the staff and the quick response time when I have questions. The staff is friendly and makes me feel valued. Kris Johnson is not a licensed Esthetician! She does not know about skin care for aging clients! She will sell you RFA even when your skin produces little or almost no collagen! If she had training she would know that. It is unconscionable to me that someone can own a med spa and not be licensed!!

The staff here is extremely helpful, professional, and friendly! Any question I had was answered with excellent communication before, during, and even after my services. The owner is dedicated to exceptional patient service! I used this Med spa for weight loss injections and lost 25 pounds. Worth every penny!

I spend thousand of dollars in treatment here, and spent over a year doing treatments. They kept promising results that never happened. Not to mention they burned me! They left me unattended during a treatment which burned my skinned to the point it had bubbled up and blistered in several areas. After all these treatments several members told me they were never properly trained on how to use the equipment and had not been administered the treatments on the right settings or on the right time. I called and asked for all my records, which I have yet to receive this was months ago, I also called after a 3 month wait period where they told me there would be results….. guess what no results. They said they would call me back with some sort of a solution and no one has called yet and this was months ago as well. A complete waste of money, and time.

Would not recommend coming here. I arrived at 1:40 for a 2:00 facial appointment that was scheduled 3 weeks ago. I sat for 25 minutes listening to the receptionist having a conversation using multiple swear words. It was very unprofessional and uncalled for in a “spa” setting. At 2:10 the receptionist came out and realized I had yet to be seen, called the clinician who was supposed to perform my facial, and could not get ahold of them. She did not offer any solution other than to reschedule me. Certainly a discount on future services or products could have been offered. As a new client this was a really bad experience. There are numerous other spas in the Annapolis area to choose from with better customer service, I will not be recommending this one or returning.

I have been receiving treatments here for quite awhile now. Staff is awesome and always is motivating and kind and caring. The new office is so beautiful and a great place to spend my time. Kris is so helpful and has genuinely gotten me to where I want to be with my body. I 100% recommend A New You Med Spa.

I have been having electroslim treatments on & off for maintenance for years there & I love it!! Awesome experience all around & the treatments really work! It's the only thing that's helped me where Military exercises & Zumba could not. I have recommended many people here who also agree.

Had a very bad customer experience. Availability hours did not work well with my schedule. Call backs to coordinate were infrequent, inconsistent or non existent. Follow through is poor. Very inconvenient business practice of having to do a consult first but not the service on the same day. Front desk receptionist tries hard but can't overcome what appears to be an inflexible and non responsive spa owner. Based on my experience strongly recommend not using their services.

Ever since this place undertook new ownership its been absolutely amazing. Would most definitely recommend to all!
