I really don’t think she knows how to do the haircut and the front desk I assume is the boss even cannot tell how poor skill she has. Totally waste my time and felt my hair was done by a trainee. The simple front hair are not even and she cannot fix it. I gave up. So disappointed.

An older barber with poor skills didn't even shave the sides of the haircut properly. I'm really disappointed after getting my hair cut by this barber for the first time.

I don't know what anyone else might be talking about.. But Alex gave me a nice fresh, exactly what I wanted, Haircut.. Definitely coming back again and tipping more.

Barber told me wait 20 minutes, I wait 1 hour, but It's not my turn yet. The people coming behind me get a haircut before me. No order in management. So sad , wasting my time. Never visit again.

Worst service here. Everyone is rude here. I didn’t feel welcomed at all. They are not caring customer’s requests. Just do their way. Horrible experience here. They need to improve their profession.

I like the hair stylist Paul. I hate the smell. I would say 90% of the workers are smokers and even they smoke outside the salon. There's a lot of cigarettes smell in the shop.

Ken did a great job. $14 dollars, with shampoo, if you do desire. Would easily recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that can cut some Asian hair well, quickly, and for a reasonable price in the San Gabriel Valley.

Quick but rather poor service. Place is crowded most of the time I visited. Expect to wait 10-15 min with no appointment ahead of time.
