Extraordinary massage!!!! I had an hour & a half with Jenny, who is so very talented and skilled. I have had hundreds of professional massages(seriously), and Jenny’s is definitely one of my all-time favorites! A+ Massage is very clean and nicely set up. I felt comfortable immediately in the reception area. I should also mention that that my 28 yr.old son recommended A+ to me(he’s been there twice). Now I am also a fan!

This is the best place I have ever received a massage in my entire life this is my second time here and it was absolutely incredible! They squeezed me in last minute so accommodating. I’ve had several surgeries which I explained prior and they worked every knot out! They helped me so much I will definitely be back again! Super professional, customer service was 10/10

Due to all the great reviews I decided to book me an appt with them today. Massage was good! I felt like I got exactly what I payed for today and I was happy with that. When the massage was over I went to pay my $105.00 which is the service that was provided. I handed her $120. She said Tip? I said sure $2. She said No! 20%! I didn’t see that on the website and I didn’t sign a contract. So I politely asked, Would you mind showing me where it states that at please? Because To be honest I didn’t even know you had to tip for massages and that it’s a known thing. so I thought when she said tip, that anything would have been happily received. I guess I was wrong and They provided nothing but continued to press me for almost 10 minutes to try and get me to pay more. Even to the point where they pulled out two customers personal recites to show me how much they tipped, 1 tipped $46 and another tipped $60. Honestly I probably would have if they wouldn’t have laughed in my face and talked about me in their language, more importantly she literally didn’t do anything over beyond the service that I payed for so why should I have to go over and beyond paying outside of the services that was provided?! They were rude and told me to keep my $2! People are really getting out of hand with these Tips! If you want tips it may be helpful to do something extra to earn them! It’s To the point where businesses in general will start loosing business behind it. Case in point due the last bit of my experience with them I will certainly not be returning. Truly sad. That Massage was a gift from my Husband! Please consider not everyone even have extra to tip and y’all are making people feel bad for not paying what u want them to outside the service. If you want more money people up your prices and include the 20% that way your guaranteed to get what you want. Or put a big visible sign in the front that say 20% tip or more Expected! So people can know what they are getting themselves into. Very unprofessional and I am very disappointed.

Went in today for a couples massage. Its is very nice inside and clean. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We had the deep tissue massage and during the whole process they asked to make sure it didn’t hurt and if what they were doing was okay. Booked an hour long service and it lasted 70 minutes I’d say. So got the full allowance of time. We will definitely be going back.

Good place. Very strong and skilled ladies. Deep tissue is actually one and should be treated like “exercise” if you go that route. It’s supposed to be done frequently for more benefits. Else stick to normal. Only gripe was last visit the sheets were slightly damp.

My wife and I recently celebrated our anniversary and booked a 60 minute couples massage at this location and it was amazing! She is new to getting massages, while I have been trying different locations around the area over the past 10 years (looking for a regular place to de-stress at). From both a newcomer and experienced perspective, it was great. The appointment was booked very easily over the phone and there was no delay to our start time. They offered us our choices of massage oils followed by us putting on slippers. We both chose deep tissue massages as we both carry all of our stress/tension in our shoulders and backs. We both thought our masseuses were perfect; I do want to say that they are very strong and know their craft well. They will check in with you a few times to make sure the amount of force they're using is fine, so I would recommend being honest with them (especially people needing deep tissue). They also seem to care a lot about their customers, and will recommend changes to the massage choices (even after it starts) to whatever benefits the health of the person the most. We will both be making appointments here regularly to improve our health overall. The pricing is very, very fair and the quality of service is outstanding.

Deep tissue massage with hot stones was excellent. Masseuse was strong enough to really get into my back and legs like I needed. She listened to my requests and worked my trouble areas very well.

I regret to express my profound dissatisfaction with the recent experience at your establishment. The massage session, intended to provide relaxation and relief, instead resulted in considerable discomfort and dissatisfaction. Upon booking, I requested a normal massage, with a preference for firm pressure. However, the session began with what can only be described as the feather-light intensity as if there was no pressure and can not be termed as massage, far from the requested intensity. When I kindly requested a firmer massage, I was met with resistance and informed that I should have booked a deep tissue massage instead. It is essential to note that a normal massage should not be conflated with merely pouring oil and lightly rubbing with minimal pressure. Moreover, the subsequent transition to a deep tissue approach was abrupt and unprofessional. The masseuse's use of excessive force, particularly with elbows, was not only unwarranted but also led to significant discomfort and lingering soreness. Furthermore, the lack of proficiency in communication from the masseuse, coupled with the insistence on upselling a different type of massage mid-session, reflects a concerning disregard for customer preferences and professional conduct. Additionally, the solicitation of gratuities prior to the commencement of the massage is unprofessional and incongruent with industry norms. Such practices detract from the overall experience and diminish the perceived integrity of your establishment.

Sun and her team are incredible! Deep tissue and hot stones felt so relaxing. We have been coming to this location and their other locations for about 6-7 years! I have nothing negative to say about Sun and David’s businesses! :)

Worst deep tissue I have ever had. Cupping therapy was a joke and didnt even do anything. After the massage I left a tip and was quilt tripped into giving a bigger tip b/c it was a "deep tissue" It was not a deep tissue and was hardly even a shallow tissue massage. I am very disappointed that just rated location would be so subpar. Edit. Owner responded back saying no record of date or name. Well Wife booked it not me and the date was never mentioned so nice job there. It was the 17th of Feb. It was a couples massage around 630pm.

Attention to those considering this business: rather than type it all out, I will bullet point everything that went wrong tonight. No privacy- thin walls, could hear people talking and moving around in lobby- the masseuse was caught waiting at the door and PEEKING IN as I was changing after I said “not ready”… extremely creepy and unprofessional. Mandatory tip- website said $70 and I was charged $78 and forced to tip another $10 as two employees stared at me, DON’T expect to pay price that is advertised, without a fight. No communication- didn’t ask problematic areas, asked for no hot stones and they still applied them Heavy handed- left me in more pain than I was in when I arrived. Please do NOT consider this business. Literally go ANYWHERE else. From moment one of walking through the door it was a horrible experience and I will be advising everyone I know to avoid this place. Seems like their masseuses aren’t even certified to massage professionally. One star is beyond generous, but I wish I could review as negative stars.

Sun always finds a way to accommodate my busy schedule and get me an appointment with Sara. She has to be their number one masseuse because she works extremely hard to make sure l leave feeling totally relaxed, refreshed, and energize. I asked her to focus on my sore shoulder. She did a great job listening and responding to where I needed it worked on the most. I won't go to anyone else. Sara is their best!

Booked a massage for my girlfriend and she really enjoyed it. They were communicative about a delay to our appointment and then very attentive when we arrived. My girlfriend said the massage itself was amazing and that they seem to be very in tune with where there may be pain in the body.
