Overprice very very overpriced you can go to the grocery store next-door and get it 3/4 dollars cheaper and mostly everything on the counter has a dust on it and then they try to sell you a wig that’s been sitting there in the open forever and don’t try to give you a discount. I bought some $10 shade from there they broke before I got out the door and they didn’t refund my money or give me a new pair. I try my best to Shop black owners!but if it was crazy

Be for I even made appointment I sent the lady kay of pics of my hairstyle. She said yes I know how do do the style. She sewin my weave at the end she tell she don't know how to cut. I still paid her $280 left out that shop with a mess up head she almost didn't get paid. I felt of lil sorry for her with her health problems Her husband he's so rude and disrespectful the both of them gets upset if u miss appointment. I'm never going back there ever.

My daughter today went to get her hair braided. She doubled book told my daughter to comeback. She her braids were loose and she wanted her money back. The lady got physical in my daughter's face pointed and yelling like she was gunna swing. The husband said he gave the money away once she said she was gunna call the law enforcement all the sudden the money appears and only give her 280 and it was 320. He asked me to give her the rest and come back and get the rest later and told me I could never come to the store nor my daughter they both were arguementive will never go there again

they say they know how to do the style you want then tax you for what it doesn’t actually cost . then they do your hair and once you look and it’s not right they don’t know what to tell you they don’t refund they don’t communicate professionally. not the go to spot for any newer styles or good hair . the man and wife are unprofessional 👎🏽💯

Kay and her daughter did my braids quickly and beautifully. The edges were not too tight and they held up very well. Most importantly they have impeccable manners, I felt like a better person when I left!

I've been here a few times for individual braids. I like the fact that she is not a super tight braider, but I don't like the fact that after a week or so the braids loosen up and start slipping, and they look kind of bad after paying almost $200. She now has her daughter helping her braid and I just did not like the quality of the work. The below pics are 2 weeks old and I keep really good care of my braids. Also she charges an additional $25 to braid to the end....

Worse place ever! Do not go here. He sole my money from my account ran my card twice and will not refund me!!!!! He argued with with said he doesn’t believe me. I said I have it on my bank account you charged me twice and he said I’m lying. I said I will bring it and still argues and will not refund me. Worse business ever!!!! I filed a claim and bbb involved too. Do not go here if you want your money stolen!!!! He hung up on me as well! Poor management worse guy ever!!! You get your karma back

I went to purchase human wet and wavy braiding hair and wasn't sure what brand to choose.The owner pointed out a brand called Tasha, wet and wavy. I asked her is this good hair she stated "OH YES, Very good! Me not knowing and trying to put my belief in a salon owner and stylist purchased the hair. This hair is HORRIBLE!!!! It looks and feels good out the package, but once it's installed and you wet it, it becomes hard straight doll hair with absolutely NO WAVE pattern at all. I wasted money, one by paying to get my hair done, using this BS hair and two trusting that I was given honest advice, by purchasing this $29.99(2) hair. I feel it was just about the sell. Tasha is horrible horrible hair!!! Damn it ...........this was a $260.00 freaking loss :-( Not an honorable move for a sale, not at all!!!!

Love this place! They give you what you want! She is amazing! Great encouraging words! She is truly a walking blessing! I drive 2+ hours to get my hair braided here! Her braids are consistent the hair is very light and she is not heavy handed at all! She does protective hair care! Love my hair every time!
