Krystle is great! She always does a very thorough job on my hair and makes sure all customers leave extremely satisfied. Her prices are beyond reasonable, especially when comparing other hairdressers of her skill level and experience. She is experienced with all hair types, including mens hair, and has been working at her craft for over 20 years!

Krystle is usually good to work with but has recently become very undependable. This time my wife schedule an appointment for Wednesday, I had arranged to take time off from work. Krystle reschedule for Saturday and then never showed up and wouldn't respond to texts or phone calls, we tried many times and waited over 30 minutes in the parking lot. This was to prepare for a very important, once in a lifetime event. Very disappointed. We had to find someone else and it turned something that should be rather routine into a very stressful emergency.

Scheduled appointment, showed up, and salon was closed. Messaged and no response. I was disappointed, as I was visiting from out of town.

I've been going to Krystle for over 1 year now and I just love her! She's so easy to talk to, and does her very best to achieve what you you are asking for. She is always consistent with my cuts and colors. If you haven't already, book your appointment now, you will be glad you did!!

Krystle has been my hairdresser for years . I just Love Her ! She always listens to my ideas for cuts and colors and gives her honest opinion which I appreciate. I enjoy the relaxed, Friendly, but professional atmosphere . I’ve have recommended my family and friends go see Krystle as well, they all agree that she does a great job ! She’s very Talented !

Beautiful space and talented stylist make this the new hot spot on Beechmont for hair, waxing and nails. And they have snacks and Perrier water!! :) Lol So easy to schedule, reasonable rates. and great availability. Cane say enough good things about Josie and James.

Don't waste your time or money. All reviews were 8 months ago if anyone pays attention. Not sure why my review is not posted. I eas never offered snacks or water. Must be a relative???

I went in with a bad haircut from another salon. One side had much longer layers than the other. Krystle assure me this would be remedied and evened up. Once I got home and washed and dried my hair I realized nothing had really changed. I still had the same longer layers on one side. She also had no idea how to style curly hair. Extremely disappointed.

Josie & James is fantastic. Krystle is amazing with my hair. I struggled to find someone who could remember the weird traits of my curly hair until I met Krystle. No one is allowed to touch my hair now! She is the best hairstylist I have ever had. Hands down! She has been doing my hair for years and will for years to come. My daughter and I love going to her salon. Definitely recommend A Salon by Josie & James!

Josie & James is top notch! Krystle does an amazing job. I've been going to Krystle for my hair care needs over the last couple of years now. She always provides her professional opinion when I ask for advice about a new style or color. My hair turns out better than what I picture. Not only does Krystle do an amazing job, she provides a friendly and comfortable atmosphere for all of her clients. I highly recommend her.

I tried to do my own liberty spikes, and they ended up looking more like communism, it turns out it's not as easy as the YouTube How-To video made it out to be. Thankfully Krystle at the Salon by Josie & James came to the rescue quicker than FEMA in the aftermath of an f5 hurricane, and had my liberty spikes standing at full attention in no time, leaving no doubt in regards to my brand of patriotism and what I and my hair stand for.
