I went there in a pinch because my normal hair stylist could not fit me in. I live in PR so I thought I'd try it. I loved it. My hair looks amazing (I'm super picky about my hair)! Everyone was kind, professional and listened to what I wanted and then delivered. I'll be back! Update! I see Syd regularly now. ❤ her!

Tried to overcharge me and kept talking over me and interrupting me when I kept trying to ask one question then when she didn't like that I'm asking why she's charging so much she told me she would need to charge me AGAIN just to tell me why she's overcharging me. Little does she know I used to work in a salon for a few years and this seems like a person that tries to get over on people she doesn't think knows anything about hair and how much stuff should cost and when they get confused she just throws "well I have 25 years of experience" in your face when that doesn't explain what exactly is so different from anyone else. I seriously would have contacted her daughter but based off of how she was avoiding telling me straight answers this place seems like a place that just tries to get money from people who don't know about hair then asks them and their friends afterwards to give them good reviews on Google because after their hair is done they're stuck and can't say they don't like it because they already paid a lot for it. If I was you I would look somewhere else if you could.

My girlfriend went to get her hair colored blonde they told it would be 165 at First sight but when she got to her appointment they changed the price from 165 to 300 because of extra coloring but they didn’t even give her full color they only color half of her hair.. I’m not satisfied , less than half her hair is blonde , a total rip off I just don’t understand

Carrie is a wonderful stylist and the staff is super friendly . The salon is very safe and follows Covid procedures. Elizabeth was extremely helpful in scheduling my appointment and I was able to get my appointment within 2 days . I already scheduled my next appointment. Great space, plenty of room to distance.

This is a great salon! My stylist Karla is knowledgable and professional, as well as attentive. I travel a lot for work and she and the rest of her staff have always been helpful with scheduling. I love the product lines available in their retail area (I was using them, but always had to buy online before going there). The salon is in my community, but that's just a special bonus. I would recommend this salon for your styling needs and, well, desires :)

Today was my first visit but won’t be my last. My favorite Kevin Murphy conditioner brought me in but I decided to get a cut and color from Syd and love both! She really has a great knack with perfect subtle highlights. Tricky when you’re older and they are so flattering I look better now even without makeup! Which is lucky since I don’t wear any!

I love this place! I've been a Carrie Herzner devotee for YEARS. She cuts my hair beautifully in every style and color--from a super-short blonde pixie to long and hot pink and everywhere in between. Amazing staff and products and space. GO HERE for your styling needs!

Love this place! These are color, cut and style pros. They are experts in color and I come out looking my best every time. The location is super urban and cool. While waiting for your color to work, you sit at a comfortable table with magazines, great herbal tea and other patrons to meet. I enjoy going here. Juile has been doing my hair for years and I feel as though I am part of the Salon family.
